Countermen service very good and polite and guiding customers for selection. Transaction as usual way by cash, card. Private parking not allowed hence little difficulty but solved due to temp short time space in front & near by
the front door of the shop. Helpful way.

Staff is lethargic and hesitate to show the items. Tried 2-3 jackets, the lady staff started asking to finalize the product from seen ones. The quality of service is not same as past. Customer does have a right to try out multiple options if they are spending large amount on that item.wont visit again.

Nice store, staff is energetic and friendly. Ready for help. Cost is reasonable, you can take advantage of the offers.

For casual wear, the merchandise is too expensive. But quality and choices are excellent. You can get UCB at Myntra and Ajio like platforms easily.

Good place to shop. Not a lot of choice, but what is there is very good. Shirts are very good, T-shirt design needs to be improved. Staffing are very good and helpful. Overall good experience.

Ladies 2 XL sizes weren't available. Too much of name display on the tee shirts.tops very limited

Very unprofessional, I asked for a perfume, which they agreed to provide after 2 days, when I went after 2 days they makes excuses. Don't commit anything to customer if you can't fulfill. Hate you.

Have a very good collection of stock. Very helpful staff and they mingle with customers. Parking space is available infront of it. UCB clothing are of super quality and I recommend this place for clothing. I guess returning also possible I guess, just call them and find out.
