Party Hall for Approx 50 people.
Good service Starter was well served and Food was delicious.with both Dessert served for All.
Option of Hot drinks was also available.but space not for more than 40 to 50 people

Could not even make a booking since reception so rude just hung up on me. Worse customer service ever.

We 3 family friends had a dinner in Majestic NX the restaurant in this hotel.
We have been thrice before as well before yesterday's visit.
As I said before the food is awesome. Ambience is good and the staff is courteous.
Our favorite dish is Panner shathey.
Don't miss that.
You have both options veg / Non veg in food and Hard drinks also available.

Travelled to Borivali from US for a week. Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. Some minor maintenance to room was needed, but little to detract from visit. We were quite comfortable. Due to the reasons we were visiting, we had spend almost all of our time in the hotel. Room service was prompt and food was pleasant. Air conditioner worked well. Location was convenient to shops and groceries/food. I will definitely stay again if in Borivali.

Very clean and hygienic hotel with a good and affordable restaurant downstairs and also on such a peaceful road.

Very bad and rude attitude of staff towards customers and cook doesn't even know to cook dishes and when customer points out authorities don't agree, It has become worst place to visit. People who wish to drink hot beer can visit place as they serve only hot beer in restaurant and pls don't try to eat Chinese food as you will be messed with the same.

A decent economic place to stay. The rooms are neat and bathrooms are clean. Service is also good. I found the room service food cost on the higher side though.

Good property to stay but they dont accept cash for food bill.
Also they dont give printed bills for food.

I recently celebrated my pre-wedding ceremony at the banquet hall of Vala Janu. The food was provided by Majestic Restaurant below. But even though we paid for 55 guests, only 30 odd guests could dine well. Management was very bad. Mr Shetty, the manager, didnt provide meals for all guests. Even starters were served after 2 hours into the ceremony. Plus, Mr Shetty asked us to tip the waiters despite shoddy management of f&b. I'm disappointed.
