The room opted was a single room with triple occupancy. As committed by Sales manager Dipeeka Mulik from Prabhadevi location under single room triple occupancy. 1 King sized bed for 2 people and 1 Sofa-cum-bed/mattress will be provided. On recieving confirmation on the same, we went ahead with single room triple occupancy.
As per the itinerary throughout the tour our rooms didnt have sofa-cum-bed nor extra mattress was provided.
Since there was no option the 3rd person had to sleep on the floor of the hotel room throughout the tour.
Also the room was too small to accommodate 3 people, there was no enough space to keep luggage, we had a bad experience because of the rooms.
No drinking water was provided to us in the room, that is basic to provide for the guest nor in the bus.
The tour hotels were organized in bad manner, as the commitment was not met.
Kindly take action accordingly with the person who has arranged the hotel rooms.
As we were told that the 3rd person would have proper bedding facility we did not opt for 2 rooms, had we were aware that the 3rd person would face discomfort we would have opted for double rooms to have a reasonably comfortable stay which is a bare minimum basic for any traveller.
I also had called the Prabadevi office to raise this concern with the Dipeeka but she neglected our issue and said the back-office will get back to you. This is a terrible experiance and there is no proper grievence support. I am dissapointed and will not recommend any close family friends to opt for Veena World as the promises are not fullfilled. Kindly take strict action whosoever has arranged the hotel bookings. We have raised the complain to owner of the tour Veena World but we haven't received so far any reply.

We recently completed a North East India tour from 22 Oct to 02 Nov 2022 with Veena World. We undertook it due to reco of our good old friends who travelled earlier with VeenaWorld. It was a comete disappointment to these loyal customers and us. Positives: we toured as promised except for the ones that were prevented by natural calamities. Tour managers were good. Negatives: Absolutely poor value for money. The agency gave very basic hotels (that did not provide even adequate hot water in very cold weather at least at two locations and some hotels had cockroaches and bed bugs), as against what was paid for minimum so called three to four star hotels. Hotels were changed to cheaper ones after the trip began. Return flight was also changed to cheaper courier, reaching later. The management was careless and deaf to customer complaints. The agency was for maximizing their profit without heed to customers and promised class while paying. We will never travel with them due to this breach of faith. We have travelled a lot on our own until now and it was such a letdown. Deepak Malatpure

Nice travel agency with well trained staff. The biggest plus point is that they honestly tell you each and every aspect of your trip. No hidden things.
The only bad side is they dont accpet American Express card.

Veena world the only best. Best for Tourist who have never been abroad, or wish to enjoy tour with no Zanzat, senior citizens, Ladies. Best management, Yummy Maharashtra food wherever posible. Best hotels & transfers.
