Rude and unprofessional to the next level! Such a reputed company and the way they treat customers at this branch is literally like they are doing you a favor. In particular, a person named Amol who has no manners or knowledge, whatsoever. Even basic information is not provided and every question is answered in a dodgy manner. The worst experience ever!

Veena World has few offices for in person interactions, their Goregaon West off was one of it. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Pay minimum amount whilst booking foreign tours, even though the tour may be full and you are the last entry. You never know within 15 days they may call you and inform visa process temporarily suspended by that country, tour indefinitely postponed. They will not refund you. Your money will be blocked. Happened with a friend of mine.

If you want waste your time please contact veeena travel agency, pathetic services, I would highly recommend no one should ever opt to their services it's terrible

Overall trip experience was very good right from the travelling arrangements to the tour manager.only the service experience at the hotel could have been a little better
