Worst quality, cockroaches are found in food, Food Poisoning, no clean atmosphere very dirty

First. I waited for my order almost 30 minutes then they served me the another thali which I did not ordered (order mismatched).
I thought rather than complaining and sending that food back and wasting more time, I told to waiter you have given me the other dish which I have not ordered.so what's now then he apologized me and he was like.his owner going to shout at him if he is going to know this.

I said, it's ok I will have this.let's not waste food but I will pay bill for the thali which I have ordered.not for this.
When it comes to billing part, owner took the whole amount which was little more than my order and said however you had it, so you will have to pay.
He said, if that was not my ordered dish then I should have been send it back rather than having it.
I said this is not right, your employee misplaced the order not me and he was not in the situation to listen this all.

It was like my mistake only, I should have been scold at that waiter and to not give respect to that food.which is not in my blood.

Price are cheap, quality is cheap, ambience is cheap. Service is okk

Atmosphere of the hotel is good and they have a nice quality of food and they serve the best quality i have ever eaten by the way they have an nice treatment and they do take care of coustomer satisfaction i would rate it 10/10 for satisfaction

Quality is ok but sometimes quality gets worse and also service is prolonged sometimes. Whenever there is rush also the plates are not clean. Also one old man serving as waiter is there who becomes sometimes irresponsive.
