VFS Global China Visa Application Center

Visa is getting rejected multiple time providing reason incomplete documentation.

I’ve travelled 2 times with same documentation.

The application center holds on the application on the street for token purpose.
They keep waiting for 1 hours in a que on the street below the building.
Once they release from the street que then there is again a que to follow at the entrance on 8th floor. There also a waiting of 30 to 40 minutes.
After that another waiting starts once you enter the VFS office. It takes 2 to 3 hrs to get the token for document submission.
Once the token is given for doc submission again you have to wait for another 80 to 90 minutes for your sequence to be announced on the screen.
Once the executive gets your sequence it takes 10 minutes to sign and submit documents. And another 5 minutes for payments.
If you see just to drop Visa documents for 15 minutes of activity you have to spend 5 to 6hrs at the center.

If the center is not capable to handling this huge crowd then they have to reduce the appointment slots. And be quick on the process.

Usually you have to have prior online appointment. They will try to get you via premium lounge by citing some issues e.g. Printing of application form double sided, sign only in front of them etc which I am sure it was never put in any guidelines. Laptop not allowed to be carried inside.

It was good but on a rainy day please allow the candidates inside the premises as many of them come from out stations without an umbrella which cause lot of problems and their documents can get spoilt due to rain.

Too much crowded. Waiting time is more than 2 hours. Premium Launge is too small.overall need much improvements

Service / process was fast. But they only accept cash payments and no card / UPI nothing. Thankfully 1st floor has an ATM. But this was an inconvenience.

Will try to their core to steal money out of you. Using phones not allowed, you want to use? Try our premium lounge.

If you are a GM but your invitation letter is addressed accidentally as GN? You can’t submit. But wait, maybe you can if you use our premium lounge.

Excellent service by VFS Global, Helpful and cooperative staff, Only bad part is long waiting queue for walk-in, no sun shade and no basic facilities like drinking water and sitting arrangements for seniors.

A very ordinary experience in comparison to other VFS locations, very non competitive staff. Better to avoid if possible.

Worst staff one can come across specially the head person so rude I have never come across a person like him don’t he how such people get hired by VFS the need to really review their staff pathetic I feel sorry that people have to face such idiots

Very good assistance. Only we need to pay special fee for service for required changes in documents etc.to avoid appointment

Staff n services may good but arrangements for waiting persons, who are arriving for application from far away places as well as their accompanying persons are made to stand outside along the lane outside Mafatlal chambers (the building has a lot of place to create a waiting room although). Service providers are not taking care of applicants waiting time outside, hence the regrets.
I am sure everyone of applicants has similar complaints.

Good staff, accessible location. Smooth job. Only query is, They have not collected fingerprints or biometrics of my daughter who applied for X1 student visa, as she is travelling first time to China, inspite of her telling them that she will be in travelling first time to China and no Visa was taken before this. Can I get some clarity on this from VFS plz? We have travelled all the way from Bengaluru to Mumbai for this.

“WORST SERVICE & will get robbed”

VFS Global Nariman point, people are there just to rob you. Pickpocketing is a form of larceny and they have excelled into it.
I went there to apply for a spouse visa, my wife already paid extra for the fast track from abroad. Instead, they made me pay approx £500 extra from India that too for a SETTLEMENT VISA which is valid and one can apply after 5 years of staying abroad.
On the contrary, they made me pay there. I had to travel a lot to reach Mumbai. And the next appointment wasn't easily available. And, I end up into paying extra.
In fact, their customer care services aren’t helpful as well.
Since January I am chasing and it’s mid of August, no satisfactory answer. Our team is looking into it.

There is no system here.agents rule the que. No online application system. So agents have there que there is no system by VFS

Pretty bad. This VFS is the worst as far as I have experienced. You have to be in the line early in the morning in order to get the visa as the consulate give only some stipulated number of visas. So weather it rains or it's hot you have to stand in the que which is formed early in the morning and the entry is only given at 9am, moreover there are agents who have settings and are given preference you can figure out why I need not say that. I can only say they don't have any system for the entry. I think they should figure out some system for the same like a token system or appointment. The staff is pretty much cooperative, helpful and soft spoken. They are the only good thing about China visa centre.
