These guys have revamped the office so well. Back in 2017 this was so so bad! Am happy! The best thing is they provide you with parking Me and my hubby were quite skeptic about it.but the staff and people around are super helpful and kind Also, the coffee shop there.is nice and comfy!
Nice place for work nearby from lower parel station. You can view the world tower from this VFS office, also this is the Head office for India The original Head office is in Dubai. Work life balance is really good if you compare it to other Indian MNCs.
Place to submit your documents for visa processing. You will be allowed to enter the building 15 minutes before your appointment. We went for the premier lounge appointment. It was smooth and an awesome experience. There was ample space to relax and snacks and beverages. The complete process was easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you
Be very careful. VFS can siphon money through their super buggy website. No refunds for cancellation of appointments with no warning messages on their website. Moreover the validation messages are misguiding for rescheduling appointments. VFS is misusing the rights given to them by foreign ministries.

The Netherland Visa authorities are crooks. I submitted my family application for Schengen Visa on 13th of March 2020. Everything closed due to Covid 19 around the 17th-20th of March. Their office shutdown and they all went underground. No customer care at all. I think they believed they could acquire Covid through telephone lines. My trip was booked for May. They reopened in June and cancelled my visa due to insufficient proof of travel. They duped my application charges of 45000. The reason was I did not give proof of travel within the Schengen countries I was to visit. How could I do that if i going to these countries for the first time with my family. I had given all flight tickets genuine as well as all hotel booking details again genuine. They are just out there to make money. Netherlands consulate are crooks. They only operate through agents who must be paying them handsomely. Horrific experience.

It's a great service and super convenient. Their premium service does help during rush hours but sometimes advise you to take the premium service (on false grounds too sometimes - my friend was advised to take the service but she got done with the normal one within 20mins) during non rush hours too, which may not be necessary.
The person supposed to take my visa docs said that "I'm wasting his time", when I asked a few questions about my docs while I waited for my turn for more than an hour! Very single minded and narrow minded people sitting there pointing out problems than providing solutions and to top that rude answers and incompetence. I dont see the point of a country's government collaborating with a company to make people's lives harder. Bad experience. It's got a lot of room, to improve competence and patient behaviour with customers.
I have been to vfs delhi so times.it just takes 15 minutes for the whole process while Mumbai branch is extremely slow.there's no process it took me 3 hrs to submit my documents. Extremely poor service.
Good place to get ur visa done, parking charges are high (200 Rs) and they try to sell unnecessary premium services which you should not take. Lot of money making business
The street leading to the VFS has no parking spots for any vehicle. You have less than two minutes to get yourself dropped dot so the cops don’t sit on your head.
The VFS office is easy to locate, access to cafe, parking spot which is costly, this VFS includes Turkey, UK and Schengen processing. Limit your things while you’re here. A bag with your file, phone, water bottle, earphones and book. Avoid eateries, however there is a spot to drop your food items which you can collect after the visa interview
At the end of the road, is a chaat place which is so good and crowded through the day. It will be a fitting end if your visa process is a success.

We have applied for GREECE VISA on30 th March 2022. As per the norms we are supposed to recive the Visa in 10 working days today it's 11 th May 2022 we have not recieved our visa

Don't follow blindly the map direction readily available. Put Urmi Axis Building it is behind Famous Studio. If you blindly follow the available directions you will end up in going exactly opposite direction. It is at walkable distance from Mahalakshmi Railway Station.
Worst company to start anyone's career, thankgod i ran away, no respect, treating like slaves, front office and backend both has to be managed by you, you ll never leave on time, no proper ot, payment is so less, dear job seekers i ll advise you u better go and join bpo kpo or any other office where atleast you ll get good salary and also u ll be knowing their is some growth you can definitely get bit not here, this place is havock
Most pathetic people and customer service you will ever encounter with. They cannot even reschedule a simple appointment and don't even give you a reason for not rescheduling the appointment. On top of that they don't refund your money. VFS just tries to get money from people a pathetic service provider with no values at all.
Very helpful and nice ppl there. My parents went there alone, and I was worried how will they complete the process or do document thing and all bt staff was so helpful and nice that they made it very smooth for them.
Place and assistance was quite good. One thing to taken care of the arrangement of waiting place or sitting arrangements needed for clients. It's quite not good when you have to stand in queue in rainy season. Thank you.
Services to the executive lounge are really bad, the executive takes your phone and puts the review and the ratings as we they want. The client is not even advised before, reviewing excellent by them self. Plus they charge a extra for early interview but and when called to inquire about passport they have no clue and they tell to call the embassy. Poor service in the lounge to

The service is good when you reach there but before you go and for any information if you need, you will struggle as they don’t answer calls infact there is no such numbers you can contact, no relevant answers to your questions available on their website
Organised place. You get 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler paid parking in VFS which is the most convenient thing to have since there is no parking nearby. They charge Rs. 200 for car and I guess Rs. 60 for bike, unlimited hours. If you get bit late as per your appointment than dont fall into the executives trap who stand on the main gate. They will try to sell you on spot premium service to help your process done but eventually you get token inside and they don’t check much your appointment time inside. I experienced for uk visa.
My today's experience with the VFS Global Mumbai office was exceptional without any doubt. No complaints as such, I only have good feedbacks regarding the VFS employees namely, Ankita Galiya for helping solve all by queries, assisting me in sorting my documents and showing patience throughout my appointment. Even John at the biometrics desk was very helpful, he found a mistake (year entry was wrong from my side) in my form while checking and helped me rectify it. 5 stars!
Trying to call on urgent basis. There is no one to attend. In the que for 30 minutes. Very poor service. Bandra Kurla office has mobile number to contact which is wrong number then it was turned off. Where should someone contact if they need to SPEAK to someone.
My parents had a horrible experience with one of the staff members who happens to be a senior lady there. If in case you happen to visit and your case is handeded by an old lady; be ready to be disappointed for a stupid reason.
