Very very unprofessional person
I booked one car 4 days before journey and given him advance money, next day due to some medical emergency I cancelled my trip so he has forfeited entire advance money, even after explaining him the situation and fact we requested to deduct nominal amount and refund the balance but he has not returned the single penny.

Good experience owner is very helpful and cooperative also drivers behaviour is good. You will get one of the cheapest vehicles in lonavala. One of the oldest and trusted travel agency in lonavala.
