Office ambience is very nice but there is no special treatment for new born. For inside xerox they charge huge amounts. So make sure you take all the copies from outside.

Very nice systematic system they have with outdoor seating then 15mins prior to ur appointment time they send you to your designated floor for further process, Biometric rooms, clean hall area, supportive staff, security
This is place for visa application to multiple countries. Do not carry any laptop, hard discs, pendrive, CD ROM, etc. If you carry, you may have to deposit it in locker which is chargeable. Security will let you in 15 mins before your scheduled appointment.
I recently visited the VFS office and I was quite impressed with my experience. The office was exceptionally well-maintained and had a very professional ambiance. All the steps went very well. I will mention only one thing here: Please let us know in advance if the photo we need to include in our application must be taken under restrictions. My companion's photo was rejected because the whole face was not visible. It is better to mention this law earlier. The staff at VFS Rabat really surprised me with their professionalism and great respect, especially the person who handled my file with a great deal of attention, availability, and kindness. Inside this center, you don't feel like a stranger. A very professional approach and making one's experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.overall great experience as everything is as per the system in vogue. All the respective staff who dealt with me were helpful and polite. The front-end staff, such as security, frisking, reception, etc. They were handling the entire rush efficiently without raising their voices. At desk level, I have been guided well by Abhineesh, and I am happy for the same. The lady who handled my application was very professional. I needed to submit a few additional documents. She called me during the day to remind me and make sure all was well. Everyone at VFS Global Mumbai was very helpful and polite. All the processes were seamlessly completed on time. There was hardly any delay in the process.
Need improvement in waiting area (Outside). Advisable to come only 15-20 minutes before (Not more than that or else you just have to keep waiting) Overall processing to get in and out is 30 minutes (For Canada biometrics) Rest everything is good.
What to say about this place! It itself a like another country. Environment, there facilities, the way they Response to us it's like we are in other country.
Good place. The team deals with applicants, very Politely. I appreciate. Laptop is not allowed. Please avoid carrying laptop. Card either credit or debit is accepted for payment of Processing fee.
It was a good experience here. I had an appointment at 2 pm (Gate opened exactly at 2 pm) and I took the premium lounge for Rs. 3,500/- at the entrance of the centre (There was also a normal lounge which is free but no one guides you with paperwork I believe) They guided me with the paperwork and the whole process took 1 hour. The total cost was Rs. 5,100/- (Rs 200 extra if you pay by cash). They reserved my passport and told me that the visa will be given along with passport after 60 days. Finally after 60 days the passport with the visa got delivered.
Don't forget to come with the appointment confirmation letter and required documents (One person had come without the appointment letter).
They click the photo in the centre so no need to carry the photographs.
NO medical certificate like covid certificate or tuberculosis test was needed.
18+ People has to go inside with the documents alone. Below 18 yrs can take their parents with them.
Only issue here is there is no seating area. You will have to stand outside the gate in the sun or sit on the footpath.
(I just hope that the premium lounge for Rs. 3,500 is not a scam here)
Experience in general wasn't bad at all. The lady who helped us, was really helpful. She ensured we had all the right documents before submitting to prevent a back and forth. The printing on the other hand. The staff has a bad attitude. Printing of one page was 150 rupees! We got told to just write a bad complaint and nothing will get done from there on either.
I hv applied for my Greece visa on 11th April 2022 through VFS and hv still not received any information about my visa status even after visiting them personally and my flight is on 11th May early morning and all my flight and hotel bookings are done as per the requirement of Greece consulate and are non refundable.can any one plz help and look into this matter?
