Worst experience ever. Bus was very dirty and seats were very hard with dirt. Timing was given at 5.30 pm from Shirdi but bus started at 6.45pm after we yelled at the bus owner as they were waiting for the bus to get full. They had told it would reach thane at 12.30 but there were many stops given by cleaner and driver for tea and dinner break each of 1 hour. After we yelled each time, they started the bus. We reached 3 hours later at 3 am.

Very very worst experience. Please don't book ticket from this travel's as it is totally a waste of money. Unprofessional driver's, staff etc. 0/10 rating's

Worst experience ever in my life, traveling from mumbai to shirdi it was supposed to reach by 5.30am we reached by 10 am, no hault for restroom, it was courier travel rather than passenger travel. Please dont travel with this agency

One of the worst travelling from shirdi to nashik it takes almost 4hrs. Pls dont travel in this Vitthala Travels they dont have value for time. Today is the worst traveling experience.

When I was traveling to mumbai from shirdi on 23/9/22 by 9.50 bus; I approached the driver to stop to relieve my natural call. Ratherthan kindness; he responded me aggressively to wait until reach mumbai. I realized that why I choose this travels? !

Not a person who would generally give a review but I had to give review for this because it was one of the best buses I have travelled. It was kind of 5star bus and worth every rupee.

Very Poor in Service, Cleanliness and Bad Staff Behaviour

I travelled from Shirdi to Mumbai on 9th October
Bus timing - Bus left at 7: 00 PM (1: 30 min late)

Mis-Management & rude behaviour- somebody from office entered between Shirdi to Nashik, get money from an old age customer and allotted him a seat, but same person thrown out from Nashik office staff with rude words.
Nashik office staff is worst behaviour people I have ever seen in my life

Bus condition - Horrible, 2 windows completely broken and stickked with carton tape. No bottle holders, dirty smell all time

Worst staff. Very rude and arrogant. They won't speak with you properly or tell correct bus timings. Never buy tickets from vitthala travels

Had ved bad experience. The bus was suppose to start at 5.45pm from shirdi but due to seats were not full so he collected passangers till 7.00pm. Drivers give wrong information to passanger that it will divert from soon that suddenly they change to take from dadar. It was committed to me to reach malad till 12.30, but dur to all this me and my family reached at 3.00am.inspite of all this the chair were not good push back were not working, windows were jam.
I would have given 1/2 star rating.

I was traveling Shirdi to mumbai yesterday 5.30pm. No proper window glass in bus, bus driver was smoking during driving, driver never stop bus proper place for washroom.always stop in open area. They need proper traning and knowledge of swathatya abihiyaan

The bus was decent it was clean. The bus provider gave water bottles to every passenger and even blanket was provided. The AC was working properly for me it was a good journey. Looking at the old reviews it feels the company is trying hard to change their image by providing better services

Worst travels plz request you not to book bus frm vitthala. Before booking we were been told bus is new and clean bt from inside seats were not proper. Handles were broken. Actual time of bus was at 10pm bt left at 11.10.waste of money plz itz my humble request to all of you dnt ever book bus from vitthala. They charged 350rs and its totally waste. The most horrible bus. Our 6 hours journey became 11 hours. The bus kept stopping to stuff new passengers. Please don't travel in any of these buses by vitthala bus travels. Horrible experience. Very unhygienic, not punctual and in my opinion very unsafe
This bus should be discontinued. Im horrified, especially by the behavior of the conductor and driver. They weren't listening even when the entire bus asked them to not stop. They kept searching for new passengers. The supposed 10: 30 bus left at 11: 15 and dropped us around 9. Do not ever travel in this bus

Very bad service In AC bus service there is no such AC bus type feeling, driver switch off AC after every 10 min when any can go and tell them to turn on, I am raveling Bhusawal to Pune.

Horrible Experience and also No cleanliness along with no punctuality, And the bus which we trallved was 1hour 45 mins late and the pick up point which was told to us we were not picked up from there we had to go 1km away for the pickup point to catch the bus, We even had an handicapped and senior Citizen Along with us who had to walk all the way, the bus no is MH17BD3536 And the bus driver was very rude and in considerate

One of the worst travelers to travel with. Firstly they roam in Mumbai itself to get more passengers. Then they drive slowly to make sure they get as many passengers at Nashik Naka. The cleaners and drivers are worst. No manners to talk. The driver was continuously on phone once near Nashik. While booking they will tell you it will take 7-8 hours to reach Shirdi but all of the above behavior makes sure you travel no less than 10 hours. Do not ever book them.

We had worst experienced with Vitthala Travels. Yesterday, when we come back from shirdi to mumbai, bus come late also their bus wandering again and again within nashik for getting passenger, which cause late to us.then close to 10.00 pm when cross kalyan bypass suddenly bus was stopped.then we knew driver was leaved bus runned from there without inform us at highway. No one ready to gave lift so there was very bad experience with VITTAHA Travels.

Never travel with vitthala bus as they made all passanger to look their bad condition tyre getting repaired in shirdi at night 1.00 am very bad condition tyre of bus.

Won't even give one star. Last minute cheated by saying that the bus where we had booked got cancelled and then forced to give money once again and given seats that were extremely behind in the bus. Rowdy men and very inappropriate behaviour. Everyone should ban this travels. This experience was faced at Shitdi opposite Kala Sai hotel. Pathetic experience. Unprofessional guys. The vehicle got punctured after half an hour of starting the journey.

Worst service ever seen, just call at office for inquiry few days back - person who attend call does not have understanding how to talk with customer.

A big no no guys if you are traveling back home from shridhi.
I had the worst ever trip with vithala travelers.
1. The driver and the person handling the counter doesn't know, how to talk to the customers.
2. Last moment cancellation of tickets.
3. The bus was about to begin its journey by 12 noon but due to there laziness and some selfish reasons, the journey began at 1: 30pm
4. When this was all not enough, our bus tire got a puncture... And the cherry on the cake was they, could not fix it after wasting almost 1and half hour.
5. None of The charging point in the bus were working.
6. After wasting 2 hours they made the arrangement of other bus.

Shirdi 28,29,30 when we reached at nasik we serprised because hear also had booking for same number and nasik agent spspe very roodly with us and said if you want to seet seet on last seat othewaise you can go out.we have very bad experiance withe this Vitthala bus service.

I am traveling in vitthala bus from shird to Mumbai i started my journey at 4.00pm I will reached Mumbai at 2.00Am is take more than 10 Hours shird to Mumbai have only 230km actually he wants to reach 10.pm this bus service is the worst and this is the worst journey in my life

Never board any bus from this operator. Boarded at 5pm from Shirdi and reached Mumbai at 3am, 10 hours for a 5-6 hour journey. Driver and conductor are rude.
