Make sure not to go in peak hours. They take too long for billing. Not friendly for exchanges.

In this Westside Baner Pune, the staff at billing fool us in offers. They make us buy more products stating that it will be in offer. Then charge it. Need to check the bill thoroughly. Above all they make us wait for our own refund. The staff at Westside Baner Pune does not value customer time.

Good place but being a big store it would have been better if they other brands as well.
So that therr are more options as well and place becomes a one stop destination for all the family needs.

Also today i went and saw them displaying offer on my card but when i asked, it was not working.

Store is good but I can't get the idea behind "No trials". I visited to buy few formals
But when you are buying a new brand of formals usually u never weared then you should try for the size. You cannot trust a sales representative saying "le jao aapko 38 ho jayega". Man It's not just about the size but the right fitting should be there. They can use fabric sanitizer on trial clothes If this is because of covid. I prefer to buy online now. I went there coz I was urgently in need of 3-4 formal shirts. Will visit brand factory, big bazaar or Raymond just opposite to Westside Baner where trials are allowed.

Spacious and following all protocol. The item I was looking for was missing but they helped me locate a store where it was available. Friendly staff. Trials still not allowed.

Very average experience as most of the variety was unavailable in required sizes.
Parking is a problem as they have a limited space. They had maintained a proper line for entering & temp check was mandatory.

Westside was my first choice in 2018, I loved their clothes, very hygienic mall, covid-19 also protocols also following. Thank you westside.

Pathetic experience recently. Absolutely no covid protocol followed. No one asks you for any vaccine report or mask. Shopping facility is boring. Poor range. No staff interested in attending customer. Looms like its in verge of closing. Actually should be closed and someone better should operate it

Courteous honest staff, helping with a smile. Clothes are good but a tad expensive but the staff make the shopping experience worth it

Apparently they wont let u try out clothes and /or use the fitting rooms. Was running a bit of an emergency shopping errand, unfortunately couldn't buy what I was looking for. Disappointed.

Enforce each customer to take their (westside) membership, knowingly there is a long queue, didn't bother about time of people in queue.

They have very good options of western and ethnic wear I end up with over shopping. If any one of your friend or family member is working with Tata group ask them to come you will get extra 5% discount.

Excellent Showroom. Westside is my favourite brand. Easy and Simple exchange policy if you are Gold member. There are lot of offers for Gold members, also you can get upto 15% off with Gold membership and can get 20% off in Birthday Month. Every Friday they added new stylish cloths.so it's better visit store on every Friday to check new collection. Clothes quality is very amazing and very cool. I am very much satisfied with Westside brand. They have very good collection for youths.

Another shop of westside chain. This is a good one with good collection of clothes for all ages as well as good collection of footwear. If you don't find a good footwear store in Baner readily you can rely on this one. They provide good discounts in appropriate seasons.

This place is lovely. Being a Tata Brand you are guaranteed to get good garments. You have a variety of clothing to choose from and at reasonable prices. Lots of offers are timely announced. Saturdays and sundays are rush days. There is limited parking in the premises. Overall good place.

Westside is quite a popular fashion store with multi brands. Right now there's an offer "buy one get one free" on select items. Regarding the location and the ambience - this store is at the tip end of Baner road and very close to the bypass highway. Ample free parking place.

It's got a unique collection of its own. Westside always has trendy stuff. Right from crop tops to dresses, skirts and even formal Wear, west side is always a good option for shopping. Shoes are also something you can check out. Thier own in house cosmetics brand studiowest has good variety in nailpaints and lipsticks. Few eyeshadow shades are good- stick based, creamy eyeshadows. Pricing for studio west is decent not too high nor less. Quality is good.
There is a fairly huge section for kids clothing as well. Parking space is ample and wheelchair accessibility is provided

Great stand alone chain by Tata. Love the fabric feel and the unique prints. Range includes women women women, men, kids wear, home imprivement, shoes n cosmetics. Ample parking space available. Extremely friendly staff. Love the way even the guard greets and welcomes on every visit and thanks while leaving.

This place is amazing. While definitely not one of the biggest malls you'd have ever seen, it does have everything you would need for a shopping spree and is quite affordable too. The transport connectivity is also awesome, so that's a plus point. Also, there's the fact that the interior is beautifully planned, which is always a bonus. All in all, definitely a place you'd want to check out in case you are in or visiting Baner - Balewadi.

The parking has been made free of charge recently and is a welcome move. The mall is a decent place to hang out during the weekends

New collections are reasonably priced and are trending. Westside is getting bigger and better with time

Always been one of my favourite stores for their display and fittings. Wish for more in the kids section please especially variety in shoes, and the home department of course. Always customer friendly.

A good place in the City where we can find good combinations and they got latest collections for summer and it's pretty good, those are really awesome.

It's a goto place many a times for me, due to good variety and descent cost. Apparels are well organised, so it is easy to just goto specific area and have more focus only on what you want.

It has variety of options for women/Girls. Lots of new pattern for Kurtis for girls. However, it also have good range for children and boys. Nice collection of Chinos for mens.

The staff here assures you to get size from other stores and makes you add the product to your purchase list and later they do not either get product and just delay the delivery making all weird reason.never have gone through such customer experience in any westside store

New shopping mall started in Baner near Darshan Restaurant (or near Sadanand restaurant), nice spacious mall. Free bike and car parking available.

Westside store always fascinates in terms of premium feel, in particular this one at Baner, since it is very spacious and provides famous Brands clothing and accessories options to choose from, it's location also makes it more accessible due to close proximity to Highway. This store has ample parking space for both 2 and 4 wheelers. Staff is courteous and most of the time answers your queries. One should visit this store as it gives opinions to all age group peoples. Kids section is worth to look for and pricing is also competitive.

Looking at the humangous size of the building, you would hope to find a broad range of fashion options there. But I'm afraid, that not completely true here. If you are okay to spend heavy bucks, this place could the one for you, but would not suggest it for regular shoppers, as the costing of most of the items are more then what they feel like. My advice to the store manager, pull down the price of you products. For the avarage shoppers, please go their, but not with the purpose of buying, but to browse the store. If you like something, get it from any online store, you would get the similar product at less then half the price.

Wanted to go here since long time. Today I got a chance. Ample parking place. Very spacious store with many varieties of clothing. Fitting rooms i like most, they too are very large in size with three sided mirrors. This gives you observe fitting of clothing at 360°. Staff here is cooperative and very humble. Enjoyed shopping here, though it is far away from my residence. Generally i go to the University road West side. But would like to visit this place more often.

Not sure if this place lacks Customer Footfall Or is it the collection. I could hardly spot anyone that too on a public holiday. We were one of the two couples shopping even then the attenders seemed least interested in guiding through the store.there was no brand in the store that had the required size and nice fitting for a pair of jeans. Truly Pathetic and 100% waste of time!
