I did my bike's 3 free service through this service centre and my bike is in warranty period.

Since 10 days my bike's radiator fan has not been working and I showed it to this service they keep telling me it has to be checked but they never check it and they refused to give me a radiator fan motor.

Thanks to this centre now I'm unable to get a warranty claim from an authorised service centre.

Prompt Service and they Listen to your vehicle Problems. All the problems get solved if they are raised I got my servicing done in almost 1 and a half hour. Overall Nice experience and quality servicing.

From last two days my bike was standing in showroom for servicing and it is minor problem of my bike this is bad service and they wrong comment passing for bike servicing. And costumer call was ignoring and giving reason like waiting are there, etc. Such worst experience and service.

Good services, but make sure you empty your petrol tank before giving bike for servicing.bcz you might lose your fuel

Friendly behaviour of service engineers. Takes good care of your ride. Stays adhered to their promises i.e. They do what they say.

Visited here once for an issue with my bike (not for regular servicing). Had to wait for couple of minutes, there was only one technician present to here the technical issues or queries. But he was very brief while explaining and was keenly listening and solving the issues of everyone.
(1 extra star due to that technician.)

Everytime service and the time taken at the workshop is very satisfactory. Charges and work done are at expert level and they have friendly nature.

Showroom Is not allow you to bought Spair parts. They said, you have to repair your vehicle from us.

Got my FZ16 2013 model serviced from their end on 31st March 2021. I would suggest to all please do check your invoices before shelling out money. Though I would like to mention that I got a call from the service center and the mistake in the invoice has been corrected. It needs to be appreciated that the service center tends to take reviews seriously. Thanks

Got my first servicing done from here. These guys will overcharge you for everything and won't get anything done. I ended up paying close to Rs 1200 for a free service. Bike was kept there for entire day and all they did was wash the bike, not even deep cleaning as directed in the manual. Whatever complaints and observations I asked them to check were totally neglected.

Worst experience with bike servicing, asked me to change bike harness saying previous was cutt of somewhere. Ordered Bike harness and it took almost 1.5 months to reach the showroom and still my bike dint start.
Later on asked to change the relay circuit and the list went so on with starter plug, clutch plug, rectifier relay.
Actually the Technician don't know which part is gone a what needs to be changed, they go with combinations and ask you to change every part they remember, even if the parts are working they will change them and add that part to your bill. Paying for the technicians wrong advices and fault is worst thing here.
Labour charges are to high.

Worst service center you'll ever visit, no proper management even the owner Ram Chauhan is a scumbag fooling people by fake parts and fake engine oil. Friends I ll recommend you to never visit this showroom. Thankyou

Went for servicing of my Yamaha fascino. The service advisor was prompt and the service was timely. Very good experience.

They kept my scooter for 24 hours and even after that they had not fixed the main issue for which I had given it for servicing. Reasons I got after questioning might be genuine but that just means there is no proper communication between the person making job card and the one actually doing the work on bikes. Even after two days keeping my scooter there, the problem is still not completely fixed.

I have serviced my Yamaha FZ and completely satisfied with the servicing of my bike.
Sunny the person who prepared the Job card for my bike, made bike ride first and then written down each and every minute details on job card.

Though some rates they are charging high for parts and labour but satisfied with bike servicing.

Very dissatisfied after buying a new bike. They did not provided any accessories free of cost for a new bike. Not even a seat cover. Instead they said you can buy a seat cover from a local shop just beside the showroom. Even for first servicing, they are charging for changing parts and lubricants. Atleast they could have provided a Yamaha tshirt which they are wearing as gift.

Overcharged each and every thing, suggestions are useless. Tried to make only money not the customer satisfaction. I don't know why people are going there.

Don't go here for service or punching a new bike. There are changing too high amount for each and everything. You have to pay morethan the price of parts for servicing. Go with good brands like Hero, Honda or Bajaj.

The worst showroom and servicing centre ever. I gave the bike for servicing they take 4 days every day I called but they say will give u tomorrow and when i went there they not even up to mark on servicing also they take so much money. Plz dont gave bike their instead of that u gave it too baner showroom

This place is 600 meters from Dange chowk, I purchased Yamaha FZS FI. The service was amazing, Yamaha people guide you better compare to other, Very friendly nature

Needed repair when my clutch cable broke. They were courteous and kept my bike till the part was ordered and fitted. Happy with the service.

Very unprofessional, seems they are not willing to sell anything. Went to enquire about Fascino scooter but returned without seeing any thing. First you have to find a executive of your own. Then they are not willing to show anything, they will try to cheat you with the price. They don't have any knowledge on Yamaha.
