We booked the free walking tour in Varanasi with Manish and It was so good. He made sure we understood everything he explained, which was focused into the city history and hinduism. So recomendable.

Manish is an amazing guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very good company. I learnt so much about Hinduism from him and was able to enjoy Varanasi much more than would have been possible on my own.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We're supposed to provide tour tickets by day before. Did not until nearly 10 am on day of tour.

But their response to me after I complained was as rude, demeaning, and confrontational.

Never do business with this company.

We did the Varanasi streetfood tour with Yo Tours. Our guide Manish was a very friendly and funny guy. We tasted so many tasty dishes and Manish could answer all our questions. If you want to experience local food and culture in Varanasi we would definitely recommend this tour.

It was a very nice trip. We had a itinerary of 6N and7D to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It was Organised very well by Yo Tours we dint face any difficulties in navigating or communication, it was well planned & executed. Special thanks to Nishkarsh who helped us throughout. Felt it was little bit overpriced but overall it was worth it. ️️️️️

We did the walking Tour in Varanasi with Manish and it was very good. He took all the time to explain the history of this city to us, very good communication, helpful, with clear explanations and very good humor. We also went to an essence store and to eat Lassi, I definitely recommend 100% doing this tour with Manish if you visit Varanasi. Thank you

Delightful tour in Goa
I had a very fulfilling day tour of North Goa. I learned a lot about the history and culture of the city.
The tour guide, Narayan, and driver were excellent This was a great experience.

Without this tour, I would not have learned so much about the rich history associated with Goa. Churches, forts, and food are all very interesting. In a day, I could know the essential places because I stayed only two days. I will come back with more time.

I am a frequent traveller and came across this company through Cred app, I have booked the Regal Kashmir trip with them. Wonderful destination Kashmir and classic service by Yo tours. Everything was well planned and informed in advance with regards to additional which I need to take care and what all is being offered by them. I appreciate there on ground support even there was no tour coordinator travelling with us, but there service is remarkable Nishkarsh and Hardik were in regular touch and assisted me towards my every single query and challenges I faced because of heavy snowfall. Highly recommended.

Booked Epic Europe of yo tours from CRED. Big Mistake made from my part. I was charged again for the Eiffel tower visit though it was already included in package. Beware of these companies. Do not expect any help from them during the trip. They didn't even call or whats app me whether every thing is upto standard during the trip.

I had booked Mumbai Heritage walk for 3rd January. The story teller who came was not aware of any facts of any building he was showing. On enquiry, he revealed that he is conductor of tourist bus and does not know much. It was the worst tour i ever had. I will suggest that no one should book this tour

FRAUD! CHEATERS! RUN AWAY!

I booked a tour in Kolkata through Viator, which was offered by this agency, on the day, at the scheduled time, I called the operator to find out who the guide would be, to my surprise, the guide didn't even know he had to be there to receive me and the agency simply did not give me any response.

We booked a tour in Trivandrum and the guide did not appear. We are waiting for the refund. They didn't pick up my calls also. Terrible experience.

After one week the company is not calling me back or answering any of my emails.

Very bad customer service.

Did not answer calls nor emails the day of tour. No one was present for the voucher exchange and in the end had to buy tickets again in person as the site did not allow entry without the exchanged voucher.

Worst experience ever. I booked an international trip with Yo Tours, 3 months in advance. Their team is extremely laid back and doesn't care about customer requests. Till the day of travel, we had to constantly chase them for all booking vouchers. Most of the times the customer care neither responds to calls nor to emails. We also weren't happy with the hotels provided (2 out of 4 hotels had very bad reviews). When we requested Yo Tours to change them or at least give us a couple of options from their inventory, they refused. Their policy was whatever hotel they assign, we have to take it, even if we don't like it. They kept delaying hotel bookings for 2 months stating they only book 15 days prior to travel and later when we didn't like the hotel, they made lame excuses like everything is booked.
During our stay, we had some issues with those very 2 hotels (as expected). When we tried to contact our Yo Tour travel manager (Nishkarsh) he wasn't available nor anyone from the team was, over phone or email. There was no assistance at all from Yo Tours during our travel.
Our travel manager Nishkarsh was the worst agent I have ever dealt with. He cannot take care of a single request or cannot customise things as per customer convenience and always keeps coming with lame excuses, and responds super late.
I have traveled through many other travel companies, but none was as bad as Yo Tours. Pathetic service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought a ticket for the Colosseum in Rome through this company and we were given very little details on where to meet to get our ticket. We arrived more than 30 minutes early and could not find them. When we called the phone was answered by someone who spoke broken English and said we will look into it have a great day and then hung up on us. Tickets to the Colosseum sell out very quick so we were left with no options to get other tickets. The whole day we had planned was essentially ruined. Call the company again and left a message and never heard back. Stay away from booking with this tour operator.

We booked a ticket with yotours and although they promised to send then 24 h in advance, we did not receive the tickets in time. They did not respond to mails and at the phone they said all employees are busy or ‘call me late, I am outside’. Please don’t waste your money like I have.

Sharing my experience (May not happen to all)
I contacted yotours for a northeast trip. They provided name of hotels and confirmed availability and the cost of package was 95k. So, we planned and called them 2 more times before paying as we wanted those hotels only. They confirmed availability and asked us to pay immediately so that they can book. Now, after few days of payment they comeback saying those hotels are not available and suggested a few others. Here, i can understand that if hotel doesnt have a room yotours cant give us, but why did they confirm 3times and provided incorrect info about availability. (FYI: I paid the amount within an hour of verbal confirmation from yotours). So, lack of professionalism i would say. Moving ahead. The substitute hotels for the unavailable option were 3times cheaper and we didnt like them, so we asked if u can lower down the price of package accordingly we can think. After some thought they came back saying that we can provided all the meals but cant reduce package. Now, for a difference of 30k atleast they want to provide 5k meals. So, they are not clear about there package and plans.
Hence, i would suggest to think twice before choosing yotours if you dont want unwanted trouble even after ur paying such a huge amount.

Had taken Rajasthan tour covering Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, lovely experience. The standard accommodations with luxury vehicles for transfers. Delivering wonderful experience to whatever promised. Guided tours was just amazing.

Guide (for tour in Kochi) didn't show up although we booked the tour in advance. After one day we recieved a call that tour will be starting soon. Booking process could be easier too.

Currently i am working with Yo Tours as a tour guide in Delhi and i feel great to be a part of their team. This internship have helped me in developing many soft skills. I believe that this company provides with a great platform for practicing and improvising communication skills, punctuality and build up a strong personality. Also, the staff is very supportive and friendly and the working hours are flexible. I am happy to be a part of Yo Tours.

Awesome tour in Varanasi. I had the chance to get a 2 hour walking tour with Jain. We went through the main Ghats, some temples and walked towards the cremation sites. Our guide, Jain, was very open, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend
