It is near Sanpada railway station and rooms are near and clean. It is a 3 star hotel with good amenities and services.

10 rs water bottle selling for 70 rs tht too of ordinary brand.
Just don't go there. Better stay on footpath.

The newly renovated restaurant is all inviting and they seem to have added continental dishes to the menu, which is good. The peace n ambience makes it worth visiting.

A clean hotel that has probably been renovated recently. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. The Flames restaurant serves very good food though a bit on the pricey side. Service at the restaurant was excellent.
A few shortcomings that the Management can try and address.
1. Since there is no lift and no rooms on the ground floor, the facility is not friendly for a differently abled guest.
2. The furniture in the room that I stayed in had sharp edges leaving me with a few scratches on my leg. Please check and fix them.
3. The janitorial staff tend to leave the bathroom doors open after cleaning. This allows mosquitos to invade. The repellant provided is a namesake and is of no use.

Recently stay with yogi metropolitan service was too good food was awesome staff was helpful looking forward to come back soon.

1st Floor Rooms are old type always ask for 2nd Floor Rooms.

Very rude staff. Pathetic food quality with poor service. Food was served after 40mins of placing the order. These guys believe in first serving the main course and then the starter And after such lovely hospitality they denied from removing the service charge from bill. When we tried to explain them that its not compulsory for customer to pay service charge on that they say in our restaurant its compulsory! Wow guys.you need to gather some general knowledge along with hospitality manners.

They are serving best biryani. This is my most fav. Restaurant in navi mumbai. And this is the best hotel to stay in navi mumbai. I love their accommodation.

Place was nice. Very clean toilets. Staff was very friendly. We had booked the banquet hall, and there was always enough food and drinks to go around.

Decent place for a family / wedding / corporate function. Staff is well trained and responds sweetly. Food taste is not that great but reasonably priced. Enough of parking space with valet service.

Service is poor.in a buffet.the serving bowls were empty for long time.even the quality breakfast is below average.for hotel like this.

We were here for the New Year's Eve party and I must say everyone enjoyed to the max. I will give full marks for the service, food, starters, drinks and ambience. Starters we're really excellent and they were just coming by, till we all said enough.

The DJ was a real pro, he knew his job well and played non stop hit after hit, till we all started getting leg pains. Ambience was just right for all to hit the dance floor. Crowd was a mix of young and old, mostly couples but also joint families and childrens. I think they managed well to keep stags and trouble makers out of acene.

And so was the dinner spread, lavish spread of veg and non veg cuisine with live counters and plenty of options for desert lovers as well.

I will explain the rating, 1st positives-This place is located nearby to sanpada railway station on trans harbour path, also near to the highway, hence reachable easily. Parking space is limited but sufficient for less number of guests, ambiance is good, hospitality is good, cleanliness is good, hall that I seen is sufficient for 50 guests, now negative - management should work more on food taste, hence 1star less. Worst customer attendance ever. Don't visit the place if you have offers. Only limited menu will be served to you. Most of the items from the menu are my available. Staff is untrained. Renovating the place and hence lot of disturbance. Plenty full good restaurants nearby so no need to visit the place.

The room alloted to me had plenty of space and it was kept in decent condition. Although some interior now seems little bit dated, it was good. Breakfast was also good.

The whole team of the hotel is ever ready to help. They are very cooperative and accommodate. Overall ambience of the hotel is good and food is very SUMPTUOUS. Everybody enjoyed the event.

Splendid hall and the best amenities. Beautiful atmosphere and exactly opposite of the main Sion Panvel highway.

Nice place, they dont serve all the items in the menu, better ask them wats in the menu before making reservations
