Service should be much faster lamb or mutton needs to improve. The atmosphere is good with beautiful music they are having bar table along with smoking zone. They celebrate birthdays with music and clapping and also make special arrangements for birthday parties on demand.

The atmosphere is very nice and good service too. The food is good but not the best. Ample parking space available for 4/2 wheelers.

It's a great rooftop restaurant, the food served was just amazing. We visited in a group of 40, but this didn't impact the service offered by the restaurant. All of orders were delivered without annoying delays. Everyone from our group was impressed by the food quality and service. Will definitely recommend everyone.

We were a large group visiting and on enquiry (a few days before) were even offered a good service deal. The staff was VERY accommodating and super helpful. The food was delicious! The buffet had a great variety, the salads were so tempting, and desserts had us all drooling. The live counters were a success and the drinks were so much more than we'd imagined. All in all a wonderful time with Exotica.

We had gone for Sunday buffet, costed 1195 all incl / person. They didn't allow 8 yr old kid for kid price, so we had to pay full (Bit disappointment for families). Unlike other comments, starter flow was regular. The taste was good and full of flavour. Being vegetarian, I liked Paneer tikka, Corn chat, veg kebab. Others in our group liked nonveg starters equally.

Main course was very good. Liked the spread.
Deserts were good, but limited variety. Live Jalebi was good.

Overall it's good and considering price, I have reduced 1 star.

Worst service ever I have seen. No taste of food neither service was good. In name of buffet they don't have much options.don't have grilled. In the name of stater they have only 2 type not grilled chicken. For taking prawns and fish you have to go to live counter and wait for atleast 15-20 min to get that. They will not serve you on your table.

After talking to their manager about service.they will listen and ignore that. You will get your starter after 15-20 min.meanwhile your plate is empty and sit idle to serve them. Many time you have to call them to serve food.

Cost of buffet is also very high 1095/- for veg and non veg and does not justify the service.pathetic behaviour

We went to Exotica on 19 September for a Sunday Buffet brunch. The food was good along with non alcoholic beverage. The issue I faced was when we were leaving I saw that my car was parked by the valet (Shri Pushp Raj) in the hot Sun for nearly 2 hours 30 minutes, whereas other cars were parked in the underground shaded area. On asking him the reason he casually replied that since I came early so he parked it outside. I feel every detail is important & the management should look into such incidents as well. Either give the same treatment to all or none.

Loved the place. It has everything you need in a rooftop restaurant. Great ambience, delicious food, live music, polite management staff. Would definitely recomend.

Poor service. Staff was not capable to even give salt at a single ask. Had to keep on poking waiters, captain and even manager then got 1 set of salt n pepper for a table of 15. Food quality is spoiled, no taste. It used to be one of the decent restaurant but now plz think before you choose.

They dont have Shezwan Chatni.
They dont serve on table even staff is vaccinated.

We had visited for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. Good ambience, lot of gap between tables (social distancing-wise), good crowd. Unfortunately we could not explore the food much as we had to leave early (due to urgent office work). We just got chance to have a Paneer starter which was too good, both taste and presentation-wise. But its an expensive restaurant.

It was probably my fifth visit and it was better than earlier ones.

When we reached, we were politely welcomed. Our table was ready and we were escorted to it. It was set with crockery and cutlery sanitized and wrapped. Each table had been provided a bin to discard the wraps. Oddly, the table was set with steel glasses. My family somehow does not like having water in steel tumblers and we requested service staff if they can change to glass tumblers. And it got done without asking any questions.

The food was served very fast even when the restaurant was packed. A repeat order too got served in less than 10 minutes. Very well trained staff. Roti pe Boti is a great item and should not be missed. The Butter Naan was the best I have had in Pune in last 12 years. Perfectly cooked, flaky, buttered, right amount of kalonji, neither too sweet nor too salty, neither too crisp nor too soft.

“Meal for 4 for my birthday- everyone enjoyed it-lots of choice, well cooked fresh ingredients, good value for money, pleasant helpful service. One of my party vasked for peas and we were given the option of peas or pease pudding-never tasted pease pudding before-mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I have been to this place a month back for office team lunvh
I did booked a place for 20 people but at last minute I had to cancel for 10 people.
Once we all sat down to have food, one of the manager came and started complaining and talking rudly for cancellations. He also asked for company we are from. He said that your company people keep doing that and few more rude stuff. He asked us to pay for 15 people and we did agree for the same too.
I will highly ask people not to visit the place.
Apart from manager food and other serving staff is ok.

Ambience is very good. Great for corporate treats and get together. Only Problem is the no.of seats are very high compared to the space making the place a little crammed. Food was good both starters and main course. Staff was polite and friendly.

Roof top restaurant with bar. Party lovers can enjoy on dance floor. Although the Anti cocktails were not good but food was good. I recommend buffet dinner. It is actually semi buffet. Soups and snacks are served on table. Rest you go n have it.

Drunk manager has had several issues with customers and several police complaints sorted out to silence. Hell place to bring your family. Lack of choice for offices in the building keeps this place busy. Poor quality of food and seafood is stinking and frozen for decades. Uncourteos and high handed owner runs the place with ego. Management and ownership has changed several hands recently and the place can't get worse. Al la carte menu is more expensive than Taj. Once popular spacious acqua lounge and discotheque which was housed here at the entrance was renovated into a cramped and deadwoody pub for white collared office crowd, who prefer more spacious and courteous places. Definitely NO, NEVER EVER PLACE TO BE

Live concert-the guy sings really very well.
Great food, taste of each and every dish was way beyond the mark.
Main course had lots of option and especially the laccha paratha was crispy and made with ghee.
