Staff co-ordination is Like India Pakistan. No One Knows when what how to keep Shop. Need better Management. Try Other Zudio Shops. AVOID THIS.

Worst customer service ever. The trial rooms were closed because of cleaning. While the store is open. What's the point of keeping a clothing store open if you can't try stuff. And this has happened twice now.

This is a good place to buy apparel. They have all trendy clothes and the price was very reasonable. If you want to visit then ensure to go after 11 am because the operation time is at 11 am. I had to wait.

Very nicely arranged and well kept store. It feels great after entering there as there are a lot of variety clothes, footwear and perfumes present for shopping. Anytime the best place for shopping.

Choice for clothes doesn't take much time but for billing not at all proper process. Staff is too rude with customer. Today had to wait for billing more than 30 mins. I doubt if they don't improve soon shop hv to shut down

Very bad service at present at this zudio as products are not listed in their sale list so u cant bill some products so its a waste of time. Issue not resolved despite request to management.

This is a new branch and it opened on 26 Jan 2023. This is double the size of their old branch which is at Laxmi road. As always good collection and the sale is always on. Since this branch is still under construction hence parking is not available in this building at this point of time and the lift is not functional too. But the offer and collections are really good and you will love it. For parking you have to park your vehicle near by road. Enjoy.

It is a well known fast fashion chain selling extremely affordable clothing. However, the quality of products is poor. It feels like the clothes will get ruined after few uses which may be the reason for rock bottom prices. Overall, hyped up store and I would recommend investing in little costlier clothing which would atleast last you a few months
