Critically understaffed. I had to run around from pillar to post trying to get someone to find my size or other option; without luck in the end. Best part is you can't find a single mirror in the whole store outside of the trying rooms. Tata needs to watch out- this kind of sloppy floor management destroys reputations. On the positive side- product quality is good. Avoidable, so go there only in a pinch.

We have paid the amount of 6000 and it is successfully debited from my bank account but they are saying that amount is not received and pay again. Very disappointed very bad service

There should be some time limit for the trial rooms. Here the room is being busy for 45 minutes

In zudio clothes are normally expensive but we expect good quality clothes i purchased one boxer but in a few days it totally wast of clothes because some small bubble stick on this boxer and finally I wasted my 600 rs on this boxer.

I recently visited Mall and while I found it to be a decent shopping experience, there were a few downsides. The selection of stores and products was average, but the mall was quite crowded. Additionally, some of the stores had long wait times for checkout. Overall, it's a decent mall to visit but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Worst experience when you stood in queue for half hour and they say no online payment.

Very pathetic customer service. They close their trial rooms suddenly without any prior announcement not expected this kind of service from well know brand. Wasted our time, will suggest not to visit Zudio.

Most affordable store in the grand high street mall for clothing.
Most of the types of clothes will be available here.
Mostly visit on fridays because the new stock arrives on friday.

Female staff in trail room was very rude and even they talk very badly with me and my sister.

Their rules are very stupid. We can’t try more than 5 clothes and if we have 6 clothes in that case we will need to go and join line again.

First time I tried zudio and I impressed with the quality of product and number of options for kids, men, women everything is available with affordable price. The only problem, there is only one cash counter and one trial room and we have to wait for a couple of minutes to get our number, (Zudio member if you are reading this review please improve in these department) otherwise ok

Worst staff members, bad behaviour by counter assistant at the time of exchange, better visit other shops.

Clothes are good quality for lower prices.one of the main issues here is the trial room lines get way too long on the weekends, there are only 2 rooms, you will have to wait in line for around 30 mins even to try just 1 item.recommend going here on weekdays to make ur work easier and quicker.

It's relatively small and has less collection I felt. Varity of dresses are also not much

You will get all stuff related to sports in one place. Things are of different brands, which may be of good quality, but not all brands are available there. I had to buy Yonex badminton racket, which I didn't find there. Overall good place to buy at single place.

Zudio is great but right now it is most hyped place because it is not that cheaper as we thought, it was cheaper when zudio was new in the market now you don't get more varieties and no good quality at all

Good moderate rates and good collection. Just a friendly suggestion to increase the trial room availability and can add large, XL size Tshirts with 3/4th sleeves. Rest is good.

Leave about the clothes quality, the store manager and security personal doesn't have etiquette to talk to the customers. Please shut the outlet if you guys are poor in customer service and don't have respect for customers. Grand Highstreet is a reputed mall with best brands/outlets, don't ruin it by your cheap quality products and behaviour.

Billing counter has very long lines more than 40 people standing in only one counter present, no upi transaction
