Utter disrespectful and unprofessional staff - when I called up the landline for inquiry regarding MCS. The staff talked very impolitely and refused to entertain any queries saying "Abhi mai busy hu, baahar aaya hua hu" and cut the call. Although I wondered how could he go outside during working hours and on the top of it, how did he go outside with the landline.
