Very unfair.
Got a samsung phone S21FE two days ago, and found that it was already activated 3 months ago.i came to know, since i have tried to add samsung care+ extended warranty, but most of us wont do that, we simply use once we buy and only go to samsung service center if we get some issue.
Huge dissapointment, this is our 4th mobile here in the shop, we were a regular to this shop but now we lost our trust on this shop.

Customer service the worst ever possible.
No respect towards customer, raising their voices unnecessarily to make a point, irritable character of owner on a sales pitch, " if you wanna buy or else get the hell out" attitude of the owner.
In general, 0 hospitable character of the owner as well as the employees!
Very disgusted.

Strongly suspect imitation products. Brought two I phones so far from this outlet, (X and XI) worked good for couple of years after that phones keeps conching off every now and then. Battery issue, speaker problem etc. Upon checking with a trusted work shop came to know that there were some duplicate spares in place of original in authentic phone

Worst service.very manupulative.and no guarantee of any type of service after purchasing.please don't take risk by buying Phone from this place.

Worst place I haven't ever dealt with. I never buy phones from the store.since I didn't have patience to wait for the delivery.pls don't buy from here.no guarantee.my phone started gliching within a week and they did not do anything about it.it cost me 45k.rest upto u guys
