Airgenie is been my home network for more than 7 years for personal/official internet usage. Well honestly any outrage or cable cut the response time for the ticket raised to solve the issue is just in few hours. Very cost effective compared to other network providers and the customer service is high effective and user friendly. To mention Mr. Rajesh SME, Arigenie is always my best buddy to solve all my problems of network with expertise help. Keep up the good work. Much appreciared. Kudos.

I have the 50 mbps plan but will mostly get oly 10 or less. And they will disconnect correctly at 12 midnight if your plan is over. Regardless whether they provide the offered speed or not.

Such an Wonderful ISP i have ever seen If someone asks me what ISP i should choose i can blindly say Airgenie, Good Internet at affordable price and their service is awesome.

Airgenie surprised me by offering quick installation and connection when I expected it to take a few days at least. Their marketing head (Mr. Sarathy) was a true professional who came home to understand the needs and liaison with their technical department to facilitate the connection. The plans are cost effective and follow up was robust. Hardly faced any connection issues so far, and when I needed to contact the customer support, they responded well on time. Have been using for the past couple of months. Love the payment, customer session history portal. A great fibre optics internet provider in Pondy to go to!

I have placed complaint a lot of time but they don't care. My plan is 50mbps and I expect only from 46 to 50. These people cheat by giving slow connection. I can put Airtel broadband for 399 instead of this useless. I will get the same 10 to 15 for 399. Why should I waste my money paying 704
