Internet disconnects frequently and no proper service or response from the customer care

Really disappointed with the service provider

The service is very good in terms of reliability. Using their service for the last 3 months and only 2 times the network was down for a few hours. But the real issue with bsnl is their ping which very high so u will not be able to play online multiplayer games. Both the download and upload speed are as per ur package, mine was 60mbps and i get that all the time.

Unfortunately i took this internet service as i dont have any other option in my area. They just provided the promised speed only at the beginning and after that i got dead speed connection. Most of the time network wont be stable.my job is completly depend internet and i experienced terrible issues at work due to their poor service. And also Don't expect any response from customercare numbers after getting the connection.they dont even tell you the reason for downtime and you will not have any clue when the connection will be back. I am extremly unsatisfied with their service.

You don't get the speed what you are opt for. On top of that, they don't pick your calls after the connection. Their service works hardly 10 days in the month and I am extremely disappointed with their poor service. Very irresponsible customer service.

I have applied for BSNL FTTH connection and in this area, BSNL is providing FTTH conenction via Andavar which turns out to be a disgusting third party vendor. I have made the security deposit last week and contacted this owner of Andavar on Monday morning and he tells me that the connection will be provided today and to call him after 2: 30 PM. And then when I called him after 2: 30 PM, he did not pick my call for 2-3 times and on top of that he blocked my number.

Later on Wednesday, a guy from Andavar came. So, I thought it to be a relief that atleast they came this Thursday for installation but it turns out he only came for router cost collection and didn't even provide the router. When asked for installation, he told Thursday evening and since then I have contacted him as well on Friday and Saturday, all he wants to say was today the installation will be done. Just now, when I called him again he is saying that it will be done next week.

So, not sure is this how this provider treats their customers? If yes, I would even urge BSNL to not provide their fiber connection via this third party vendor.
