Worst place to service your apple products. I went for receiver issue with them for iphone12. I saw the apple service program for iphone12 for the same issue and that too for mobiles manufactured in the timeline that I bought the phone. While checking the mobile, the person told I am not eligible for that service program. I asked him what is the criteria that I ain’t meeting. But he is saying it is confidential. I asked him to show when my mobile was manufactured. He says it is confidential. If everything is confidential, why they are running service. No proper reply from any of the persons there. When I was there, I found another person coming with battery issue which was replaced by them few days back. They are playing with people’s money. Hope this is heard to everyone and I request to avoid this service centre and go somewhere else. Spoiling apple’s credibility. One star for them is too high

Satisfying swift service! I had green screen display issue with my iphone 13, which was out of warranty. When I reached out to them, I was informed that the process might take 10days to complete as it might require approval from Apple. But within 3 days they got my issue resolved and said my device was ready to collect.

Very good service, in a short period rectified the phone issue

I went to get a pen repaired.
People seemed to mind their own businesses.
Didn't want to attend to me (perhaps my job was a bit too small).
Finally, when the person did attend to me, he took his own sweet time.
It took them more than 3 weeks to mend a mere pen, and they charged quite heftily as well though I am insured for the product.

Service was good
They let you know what kind of problem with your device within 5 min, not much of a waiting time.

They don't charge u for troubleshooting.

And the showroom was so good ambiance with all the latest model in the display which you can explore

I recently had power on issue with my MacBook Air 2017 model.

I approach online apple service and also Planet Care Service Center, Puducherry.

Right from the product, I handed over to the PlanetCare Service Center till delivery, I witnessed a highly professional approach and the service for the customer is their first priority. I have to thank Mr. Surya, Mr. Vinoth and Ms. Ramya in the PlanetCare Service centre and also Ms Loveleen who is online senior customer support executive. All these person's professional skill gave me the comfort during the entire service period.

Finally, I am happy customer who received the serviced MacBook Air.

Apple is apple and no one can come near to the after sale service support as equal to what apple does.
