The service was great although I feel to check if there is an issue the fee of 1750Rs is too much. Should be around 1400Rs. Nonetheless my Macbook Pro is working.

Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Had a bad experience with them while trying to get a key replaced in my new Dell Inspiron 5482.
We were told that the spare part needed to come from the main outlet.
2 months of delay and no contact from them after paying an advance and the full payment. Finally they call to inform us that it cannot be repaired and the money will not be refunded due to lapse of time.

Extremely indebted to Auro Enterprises, Pondicherry for repairing and reviving our MacBook Pro 16" 2019 model which was said to be 'Dead' suddenly without any previous issue (out of warranty). After visiting the official Apple Store for service, they only had one solution that to replace the Logicboard which cost 2/3 of the actual Laptop price and informed that all data in the system would be lost forever.
Then, we went for an expert Second opinion and Mr. Shahul at Auro Enterprises cordially listened to our concerns and took up the challenge promptly maintaining transparency in the entire process.
Now, with 1/10 of Official Apple Store expenses, they were able to diagnose the real issue of MacBook (IC Issue) and readily rectified it. To our great relief, no data was lost and they have returned the product with utmost sincerity, thanks to Auro Enterprises, Pondicherry.

Clean service
Recently I have given my 2 MacBook Pro 2012 in dead condition. One is having Motherboard issue another one is having Upgraded RAM issue. Clear instructions given before fix the issue. Now both the MacBooks are working fine
