C Fibernet - Broadband - Fiber Internet service provider in Pondicherry

Bad Customer support and fast internet, but frequently disconnecting very very poor compare to C32 and cherry net,
Please don't pay for 6 months in advance in order to avoid installation charge, try 1 or 2 months then continue with C-Fibernet, really felt very bad thank you C-fibernet (by removing some bad comments doesn't mean you are a good service provider)

Plans are overpriced. Airtel xtream fibre, jio fiber arrived in several parts of pondicherry.even in our area also.so kindly make your plans price competitive or else airtel and jio fiber will capture more than half of fibre broadband market in pondicherry.

The team from Cfibernet is very swift and professional. From the billing department to their technicians and technical support team. Very friendly and prompt team mates. I had plenty of issues with Cherrinet, Interjet, Smartnet over many years. Never will I use their services again. I have been a loyal customer to Cfibernet for over 2 years now.

I'm actually subscribing Cfibernet because they are capable to handle variety of "Non Standard" configuration. Also proactive in terms of support, like I got small incident on jan 2022 which is I'm forget about it. They are sent me and email, explained it to me what was happened on that day.

Not a good network to continue, some how they made me to take 1 year plan stating that the router is free, then on the router they have a sticker mentioning the device belongs to cfibernet,
In one month I have raise 5+ tickets for internet issues and most of the times it takes 6+ hours to resolve.
Apart from that they force the customers to post positive review stating they will give 100gb free.

They provided only 400gb (download + upload) for 1000 rs plan, after that we will get only 5mbps from router which means around 1 mbps to the devices, which is the worst part.

I am happy that I switched to C Fibernet as it gave me a faster internet connection and no disconnections. I was previously with another provider and was paying about the same price for a lower speed connection. The connection is pretty reliable and no disconnections so far. I am satisfied with the service.

Reviewing my post post one year of usage.
Initially, got disappointed as they took more days than promised to set a new connection.
I took a plan for a year, I got 2 months free but their plan miss 5 days a year (There are 7 months which has 31 days and Feb has 28 days). Spoke to their customers care, but they told me they give plan with 30 days only. So I asked them to send their plan which mentioned 30 day/month, but they haven't sent any details or they never called me regarding this issue. They also promised me they will contact me after speaking to their executives. But they failed miserably. I was very disappointed again. Now again I am losing 5 days for this year too (total - 10 days loss). All of their plan mentions only months. You should mention, a month as only 30 days.

I have been using C Fibernet for a few months now, and I have been very impressed. I have not had a single problem, and the speeds are much better than I was getting with my old ISP. I will definitely be sticking with C Fibernet for a long time!

I suggest not to pay any payment untill they complete full installation. These people are never consider after receiving your payment.
They will tell like 999 plan for 6 months free router and free installation but again the person will ask 800 rs amount for the router.please don't believe this network.
Also please read terms and conditions then sign else they will cheat easily

C Fibernet is a great internet service provider in Pondicherry.thanks to Mr. Govindraj for providing network on the same day. I am using their services for more than a year. I personally recommend C Fibernet for their customer support and services.

For the Past 5 years was using airtel broadband. Really disappointed with airtel service for the last 2 years. Wanted to change the service.

False promises made. It has been more than a month and they are still checking for feasibility. I have followed up a couple of times in vain. Quite doubtful about the kind of service they'd provide after I get the connection if the pre-sales are so bad.
