I have been using Datamax network for the past 7 years. Service was good, they will respond immediately. Initially for Netflix, Amazon the data speed was good. But for work from home, frequent disconnection of network was there. Every time I have to call support and resolve it.

Am really happy with ur services, very fast internet and good customer services.

I took Datamax wireless internet service at VP Singh Nagar, Shanmugapuram for some 2 years (2018-2020). At that time there was literally no broadband service provider at my area. The service was the best times except when it used to rain heavily. Mr Kartik was always available and their Tech Support used to respond quickly.

Fast internet and good customer service and they are very swift to answering customer queries and needs.

Worst service. Every month I have this dropped connection problem or no connection problem for several time and they are not able to solve it and also not able to explain the reason. Sending the person who would waste your 2 hours of time every month. Will not recommend to anyone.from last 3 years I am complaining and they are unable to solve the problem and now they are asking my user name ID to solve the problem, I wonder how? By the way I am Neha Shah.

Very stable. Rarely disconnects. Very friendly staff and service. Much appreciated. Speed could be higher, given that other network providers are more generous with speed and data for a same / lesser price.
