Got a brand new defective macbook pro. Have been to their service centre thrice, macbook still under observation. No return policy whatsoever by this reseller, so even if you purchase a new product and the very next second it has some issues, then you are on your own and at the mercy of their service centre. Bad experience overall.

Poor services.casual approach to customers problems.no body should buy Apple Mac book pro, having some serious problem with compatibility of soft ware and mother board.iPlanet is taking too longng time to repair it.the problem coming just from first week of delivery.

Inviting the first apple product to my home. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, ipad mini, the product I wanted to purchase was out of stock in most of the online markets.
