The worst purchase ever. I have purchased the glass which is scratch proof cost around 5k. Not even it fell down. Initially got a crack on the lens after few days it got broken.

First time am trying contact lens in lenskart, i got tested for any astigmatism, and confirmed whether allowable for wearing contact lens. And also trained by the ophthalmist (Sudharsan) in lenskart as how to use them, very thankful to his patience and thank you lenskart.

Worst service. There were one guy and one girl. The guy was just sitting on chair when we went. He was so negligent. He didn't respond properly to my queries also. He was repeatedly saying one same thing. He made us wait for half an hour to do eye power test (he didn't do the test till end). When we asked him that it's taking time he was so negligently saying that it would take some more time. We just left the store.
Please teach your people about customer satisfaction and please tell them to work and not just simply sit on chair and do personal work.

No one followed uo.buying contacts from another company.bad service. I am almost blind for a week. No glasses

Don't buy from Lenskart. They are selling only cheap and worst products. On the name of offers they are just fooling people. My specs just fell down from the table and the lens got broken. Wondering how can a fibre glass break just like that.
