Oppo Service Center

Worst place and worst service.
They not even opened the mobile given for service. They returned after a day saying that my mobile cannot be repaired.
The service centre is so shabby.

India No. 1 Brand Oppo is The camera is so super and this service centre takes care of every Oppo products Issue to solve a good one. Persons are carrying talking with good knowledge

This place is located near Pondicherry railway station, all types of service are here for oppo products.

Worst service centre ever i visited not even worth for 1 single star. I was waiting more than 20 minutes and no one in table to respond. Giving a rude reply on make us to wait. Very worst staff behaviour. Don't buy oppo products hereafter.

Worst care. Waste of my time. He said 2500+. I said Already Confirmed, Another service location the spare cost is 1500+. After he check and reconfirming1800+. Receptionist don't have passion to handle customer's

Office was neat and clean.but the hospitality was very poor.i waiting more than 10 minutes to meet the executive but also there is no rush in the office.they should improve the working efficiency in the service center.

No proper response for the call he did not give respect for the customer totally worst costumer service.waste of time

Very worst experience as a customer, pls do avoid this service center. Service persons are very rude and harsh and way of approaching the customer is very unprofessional.

Awesome Experience, I'm Riyas Begum from Ariyankuppam, I gave my Oppo F9Pro mobile for Service because of Display brokened, In that Service Center near Kamban Kalaiarangam is a very good Service Center, They Service my mobile within one hour with awesome manner, Their behavior is very good, They are very kind and good hearted persons, Very Polite, Honest, I'm very much satisfied with their Service and behavior, Cost for service also Reasonable, Nice Service Center, I ever be Thankful to Them

Very worst performance, first of they asking me free service with warranty bill then I said procesed for working after open the mobile and warranty process over then they ask money I am asking to denied they claimed my warranty by bill

One of the worst service center I feel in this world is oppo service center located @ Pondicherry.
The workers are not willing to listen or help the customers to resolve their mobile problem.
Whenever I went they told your stock is not available.and ask me to come after 2 days. Then I go to the service center 2 days after they told the same reason. I really disappointing against their activities. I have waited 3 months still I am not get the service.

One of the worst service center ever, i gave my oppo f9 pro on 12.sep. 2020, they told me to wait, i waited for 1 and half hour, they told me we checked your mobile completely and your mobile have board problem and display problem, once changed then only it works fine, and they told me it cost 15k+service charges including screen and board.then i out from there and i gave to outside service and it cost only 2500 rs and its really working fine.please dont give any oppo phone to this service center, they dont know to service properly.its worst, thank god, i saved 15 k from this shop.

Wide screen with clarity and sound, very clean maintenance very good having rest room with good interior and canteen.

Very worst service center just normal phone setting she didn't know come to my center then I check and thn I go ask just simple matter I have one problem with my phone whn I touch my phone automatically screen is on I don't know about that setting she will tell no problem and thn she also dont know about that stupid setting and thn ask and tell about that simple setting intha setting phone le Ava ketu soli erukala loose eruku polariku. Ethukaga enoda time waste money waste.
