A bit of delay we received, but yeah definitely genuine replacements also well helped.

Worst service centre experience. Also the product looks in bad condition after the service.

Too much delay on bring the spares to repair. They took 2 months to repair my cooker lid and the cost is very high.
In my case cooker lid repair cost took 725Rs, and that too not informed me before changing the spares.

Very prompt, friendly and on time service. Prestige anyways user friendly.

Prestige induction stove was given by me yesterday & it will be given today evening on 17 th, it company service centre, promptly delivered in time, if there is warranty, free service for one year
