Worst service I gave a i5 8th gen laptop for repair they are replacing it with i3 6th gen without informing.
And once I found out they changed I went again to ask they said i5 8th gen not available thats y we changed casually.
I asked for refund they did give the refund but they've broken the laptop in several places and small connectors are missing inside (shows their bad intentions and unprofessional behaviour)
I'm not able to give to service thereafter anywhere else because of missing parts.
I'm from computer background I've found out this but if some person who is using for some casual purpose will get cheated.
Previously they performed well and good, but in recent days their performance was poor due to the deployment of unskilled people.
I handed over my laptop for repair, for a screen dead (I can use another monitor using HDMI) and a speaker issue. However, upon its return, I discovered additional problems with the keyboard and a broken back panel. Moreover, the speaker issue was not completely resolved.
They took multiple attempts to rectify a simple issue.
I strongly advise you to think carefully before choosing Prism. They are even incapable of properly opening your laptop's back panel.
I don't write reviews often, but when I feel I didn't get reasonable minimum service, I cannot simply ignore it. It is my responsibility to inform others in my community about these experiences.
I can continue to argue that my issue has not been resolved, but I am afraid that another repair attempt might result in new issues.
Not recommended please they do not know to repair stuff! Got my laptop after 3 months with issue unfixed and charged for a screen that we didn’t ask to change!
For a boot issue, they made me buy a new screen 5500 inr to return my computer more than 3 months later (i had to push a lot, going there many times) and didn't resolve the problem. How to call that?
Worst service station. If you want to decide to go you can forget about your or motherboard because they are stealing components and gave it back as a dead. I gave them one desktop mother and I was on follow but no proper response on phone. After 10 day I went and asked them about it they said we could not find replacement components and returned my board back. I had photos of that board before service but it’s not clear I and 100% sure they removed some components from it. Please don’t go and get headache.
I gave my laptop to service. They are putting sticker invoice everything. But they cheating on internal items no transparency They have changed my original display and not servicing properly.
Now I went another service station they diagonse the problem and said laptop display is not original and fixed the issue.
But now knowing of they cheated I'm not able to do anything. So b careful on your product
Was not very pleased with the service of my laptop but I give them the benefit of doubt that some laptop issues might be hard to diagnose and rectify. So still 3 stars.
