Not worth it, very limited activities to do. Even the entry to the small patch of beach is paid.

But, the clothes are tooo expensive inside the beach under boundary.
Infact rock beach is also good because of clean and good crowd is there.

Came by 11 AM, Entry fee ₹70! Went to food court, they said food would be served only by 12: 30pm- 1: 00pm because there were people who came for tour and they booked in advance. No food court nor resturant were open at this time even after paying 70 as entey fee!

Excellent place and it's private. Instead of spending Rs. 350 to Chunnabur boat to reach paradise beach. Just come to Sandunes by spending Rs. 75 as entry fees (free for kids) and see the same paradise beach. Water activities are bit expensive. However, they need to reprice reasonable to attract people.

4 star rating is just for overpriced water activities. But rest of all is good. Staff are very polite, helpful and responsive. Good place to spend a day with family and friends.

Clear beach water. Good entertaining place. Since we came on weekdays less crowded and was peaceful to relax. If you want to party and enjoy, come on weekend.

If you want to see beach go to Eden beach just beside and walk towards right after entering you can find paradise beach for free.

The Paradis beach and Sandunes are the same beach. The two major differences are that the beaches are blocked by nets and to reach Paradise beach you need a boat ride which will cost you around 300/- per person.

To reach sandunes beach you may use your own vehicle.

There are multiple activities available like boat ride, paint ball, rain dance etc at some extra price per activity.

Do Not Eat Food here. It's costly.

One amazing place to be such a private beach and private island boating. Clean water is a good & Perfect place to swim and great for kids and Families.

Evening DJ events would be there that depends.

Must visit place in Pondi, it's a private beach with some activities, they charge 70 rs for entry.
From this place we get access to both backwaters and beach.

Playing in water allowed only til 6 after that we can stay on beach til 7.30

Plenty of guards are on duty.

Speed boat, kayaking, jet ski and yacht are available if interested

Oh wow, this is one of the finest private beaches, you would need to buy ticket to get the access of beach, you would find some small restaurants too and life guards guiding people to swim at safe distance

A nice and private place. Tends to get more crowded towards evening. The water activities are better than the land activities. The best activities are - aqua park, speed boat and jet ski.

The entry fee is a bummer though.

NO SWIMMING BEACH, access to white sands of Paradise beach.

The maintenance of the changing is satisfactory however it may not keep up with the swelling crowd. Basic restroom facility is charged for Rs 70 per head (included as entry pass). Lifesaver is there to supervise and dont allow beyond knee depth alerting for sudden fall beyond knee depth. Seating facilities in shade from sun for people are inadequately catered. Movable/light tarpaulin may be placed close to the shoreline as done for the lifeguards.  Water games are very expensive and still dont give a feeling of exclusivity. In case one is just coming for bathing in the white sands, one may just take a diversion short of entry.
Paradise beach MUST go white sand beach of puducherry.

Must visit here if you are in Pondy and wants to enjoy swiming, there are some guards also present.

Sandunes Paradise Beach is situated at the southern end of the Chunnmabar River, and all of the water sports activities will take place in the backwaters. At Pooranunkuppam, turn left off the Pondicherry-Cuddalore main road. The resort is located near the RKN Beach Resort. Numerous signs indicating these resorts are located along the way. We arrived here to observe the sunrise. Entrance is Rs. 70 per person, and children are free.
A water park, a land park, a yacht ride, and a water park are available. There are water games, an aqua park, and jet skis available at the water park. Aquapark costs Rs. 750 per person for adults and Rs. 500 for children. You can enjoy a thrilling experience at Aquapark by running, jumping, sliding, and climbing on inflatables. Kayaking costs Rs. 350 per person, Donut Rides Rs. 750 per person, Speed Boats Rs. 500 per person (min. 4 persons), Jet Ski Rs. 1200 per person, Zorb Ball Rs. 200 per person (10 minutes), and Rollerball Rs. 250 per person (10 minutes). They also have a cheerz bar and FATFISH restaurant.

A nice place with quite a few good activities on offer. Tends to get more crowded towards evening. The water activities are better than the land activities. Everything is slightly on the expensive side - this can be better priced I think. The best activities are - aqua park, speed boat and jet ski. Aqua park being the most bang for the buck!

One of the fantastic private beach, must to go.as we found tough to get tickets for govt.paradise beach. V asked local guys and they guided us to visit this sundanes private beach.can go only with ur own vehicle.must try place, otherwise ur pondy trip wont be completed.very clean beach.they charge very nominal fees to enjoy the beach.less crowded, spacious, u hv shadow hut to sit and relax.once u enjoyed in the beach, can wash away sand in shower and there is a dress change room as well.u can find lots of water games too which is chargeable.definitely can spend 3 to 4 hours.v had tons of fun and enjoyed well.definitely v never miss out this place in our next visit too.

Liked the ambience. It was pleasant. Very neatly maintained. Entry ticket price is Rs. 70. If you wish to go for only beach then it's better to go for Eden beach with free entry and same atmosphere. It's a good place to go with family and friends.

One of best private beach in pondy. Highly rocommended. Very clean. Just need to clear little litter around the area.

Well this is a very well maintained private beach with a lot of activities to do and enjoy. They also have a restaurant inside.

They have activities like boating, atv cars, horse rides, and also some more activities. There are also clean toilets, and changing rooms on the beach.

Too crowded. Gave order 4 times yet no order confirmation. After 40minutes they said no order was given. Ridiculous management. It's self service not by the restaurant idea but by there work behavior it is.

It's a private beach, you have to pay entrance fee to enter the beach and for access of other activities around in the beach. It's neatly maintained and safer beach.you can do boating, bull ride, rope climb, bike and horse rides

Very beautiful place for families, friends and couples. Bungee jump was awesome, all rides are sorta costly but worth the money. People there were very friendly

Good place for water and non water activities. But the staffs are corrupted and ask for bribe even though it's a private facility.
Their speed boat was slow and short duration, the boatman was asking Rs 1000 extra to ride extra time.

Some of their fees are exorbitant. They charge Rs 500 for water park which is a very small thing. This is too high compared to entry fee of amusement parks which offer dozens of activities for Rs 1000-1500.

It is an excellent experience in this resort.my birthday party was celebrated in the resort and it was the best party ever, the lighting, decoration and cakes were outstanding. A best place to visit with family and friends. The beach is maintained clean and hygienic. The watersports and other activities were very enjoyable must visit this place in pondicherry.

Worst experience ever, paid 120 entry fee for nothing. Literally nothing! They have commercialized a free to use beach with no facilities included. Don't visit ever, rather spend sometime at a good cafe in Pondicherry.

The best beach resort to visit in pondicherry is Sandunes paradise beach resort.it is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.the water sports are very nice and especially the aqua park was an awesome and fantastic, and we enjoyed the ride of horse, camel and many more watersports and activities.the fat fish restaurant has an awesome foods.must visit this place.

Beautiful and clean beach. The paradise beach included various adventure rides, horse/camel rides, lawn, food court and aqua park. There is a locker and a dress changing room. The washrooms were clean with showers. The place is maintained well. It might be overcrowded on the weekends. Hence, we visited on a weekday. The food in the food court was average and the prices for few rides were pretty expensive. But overall, it is definitely a good place to visit with family, kids and friends.

Amazing place to enjoy with friends, we visited this weekend and had a wonderful time, played beach volleyball and went for boat rides. Clean beach and can spend almost a day, restaurant available with food and variety of ice creams.

Paradise ssndunes is an amazing place to be at all given times, great vibes and amazing people to have an excellent hospitatlty at all times.
