Very bad experience about this store. The sales person give wrong information about phone. I purchased vivo 72 5g phone they are told its 16 mp front camera but its 8 mp only. They told to change the phone within one month. The next day that phone was noice problem. I went to store, telling this problem they convince me for that problem. But again and again the problem was arrived. I asked for change it, at the time only they are told go to service center. So their promise is fake for change the phone within month. The one month time is given by the vivo company only. But only one thing the rate is low compare with other mobile store. But its not satisfied the customer. The service only satisfy.

Worst store. They gives a commitment and they don't strike on it. No proper response. Customer service is very poor.

Not a good store to buy mobiles they try to cheat people. Went to buy an a51 but they convince me to buy oppof17pro saying it is one of the best mobiles just to get a higher margin of profit now the mobile is worst it gets also lags. The big Dissappoint is they have not send me the bill yet when asked they say it will go to your email.

Very worst show room.they cheated me while I bought new vivo y93 model. This mobile model already stopped by vivo company.they sold to me.that cheater salesman told to me that this mobile had replacement warranty if any issues within30 days. Within in a week phone display went dead. I kept phone to vivo service center they told we can't replace Becoz this model stopped before.so people don't beleive sangeetha mobiles.they cheat us to sell old devices

Good, but there is room for improvement. Didn't receive bill yet, promised to be sent via email since their machine wasn't working.

All offers are string attached (Conditions apply). But they wont say the conditions before buying the mobile. They will say only if u try to claim it.
