Worst ISP in pondicherry, they wont take calls they disconnect the call while speaking when we go to office they will say it is problem with cable operators, cable operators will say smart net and cable operators wont allow any other connection in mudaliarpet area

This is worst service provider deleting the reviews given by us and saying every reviews are fake we added a review they deleting it we have all proof what they are doing this not going to stop

No. 1 worst internet service in Pondicherry. Server goes down every 5 minutes. You call them, they say everything is fine.
Last week, there was no internet for whole day, their response was it was sunny and service men won't fix the internet till evening.
Pathetic service.

Very poor net.
Airtel 2g is better than this.
Using this smart net for more than a year. Go for better option.

Very very worst at murungapakkam, not even getting constant network, even in this situation the network getting disconnected. Enaya paatha ungaluku joker mari theriudha le.

2. Not Customer Oriented
3. Always Customer want to inform and keep track the status.
4. Never get any reply from their end after customer informed the problem
5. There is not proper one to take proper action against Escalation.
6. There is no mail id for escalations, generally have one for all for which they will never reply to that too.
7, Waste of money - Not good Service
8. Monthly 3- 4 time net will be disconnect then once after customer call then only they will check

Very very bad service provider in PONDY. If we complain something to the service provider they will tell us to inform to the cable operator. If we reach out to the cable operator they will tell us to inform to the service provider. But there is no solution for the problem. I am doing work from home. I already got warning from my company because of this issue. If this problem continues this way means, I can lost my job too. Some times the cable Operator won't attend your call. If we tell them about the speed problem smart net will tell you to inform to the cable operator. How can the cable operator increase the speed of the net. They or wasting our time and money.

I waste my amount this smart net cheating people, thought its good one laterally knows its worst everyday internet connection poor.calling customer care no one is answering.very worst dont ever buy ths, better you can use your mobile internet.

Really nice support, am using this service for last 1 half years from remotely. And thanks to smartnet team for providing me this services, other providers hesitate to provide connection for my location.

Smart net is one of the best internet connection in pondicherry.
We just inquiry on last December. We got good response from owner Mr. Kalyan. He given the good package for one year for my hotel.immediately he send the manager Mr. Ameer john to my property. Mr Ameer is one of the best manager and very polite person. He given the connection in next day with his team. Till now no issue from the connection. I am recommend smart net to Entire pondicherry. I am using Smart Net Service for the past 5 months. I am at border of Pondicherry. I approached lot of providers including BSNL; No one can be able to provide. All ISPs are providing in city only.

7k Installation + 2k/month for 1 mbps (where u can only get 0.78mbps), 1 year advance payment, cancelled my connection after using 2 months, they charged extra 2 months payment from my advance fee,
