We had a very pleasant experience while buying an LG Washing Machine. Vasanth n Co gave us a very good price n their service was also very good. Special mention about Satish who explained about the various models in great detail. And the machine was installed by the LG Mechanic Deepan Raj in a very neat manner. Things need to changed: please maintain cleanliness in the store. Ground floor seems fine but the first floor is to messy with lotto dust.

Worst management. It seems like they can tell 'n' number of lies just to attract the customer and make them to purchase the product.

I went there to look for a Chimney on 5th Jan and was told by the sales person that the product will be available in max 5 business days and I clearly told them I cannot delay anytime further as I am flying very soon and they assured that the commitment will be made.

I had to call them quite often to get the updates not even a single time they were able to tell the truth and asking me to wait for couple of days. Finally they said that the product will be available on 19th Jan but no one had answered my call on that day and I had to rush in person to get the updates. But irony is that, even on that day they were unable to deliver the product so I had the request for refund and got the same brand chimney delivered from other nearby dealer on the very same day.

But the worst management is putting the blame on the sales person saying that she told wrong information to me about the availability. But I was there when the sales person has confirmed with the management about the availability of the product by the time of booking.

I will never go back this dealer again and won't recommend anyone in my circle. Better go to other nearby competitors, they are able to commit the same price and give a good customer satisfaction.
