Vist Simcard not working. Security person speak unwanted words using and without my knowledge collect phone open YouTube. Security behaviour is very rude.
Store representatives were polite and humble towards customer. Issue regarding old sim deactivation was quickly fixed. Also guidance about new plans and benifits were explained well. Overall satisfied
My colleagues and I visited Pondicherry a few months ago for an official purpose. Buying a SIM card in India is a complicated process and much more complicated for us as foreigners. After trying for 2 days in the local market we couldn't able to get the SIM. And finally, we came to this store and got the card. The staffs were very helpful, they gave us an extra hour after their office hours to activate the card. I forgot the staff name who gave us tremendous service (Maybe Nandita), here I am uploading a photo of her.
Very very Worst service my father go for prepaid connection. That girl nandini give n postpaid connection. She given not proper response very Worst girl.pls take action.
We had a great experience at the VI Show room! The customer service was excellent and we were able to find everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this store to others.
Waiting time is 30 to 45 minutes. Customer care center is good. But their postpaid plans are too expensive and nothing great when compared to Jio. However, their prepaid plans are on-par with Jio and it is recommended if you get good signal in your area. If you want to convert postpaid to prepaid, you have to visit at least 10 times.

I upgraded my vodafone 3G sim to 4G I upgraded on july 6 but still now is not upgraded as 4G sim the staff are not working properly she said with in 3 hours your sim will be upgraded but still now is not upgraded as 4G sim
I was purchased new prepaid sim card on 22/06/2019.they told to activation and recharge was happen with in 48 hours, but it was happened after 3 days and recharge was not done, i paid Amount Rs. 500/- FOR PREPAID NEW SIM CARD. STILL THERE IS NO RECHARGE. WHILE WE CHECKED WITH CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH 199, ACTIVATION ONLY HAPPENED, BUT RECHARGE WAS NOT HAPPENED PLEASE CONTACT WITH STORE LIKE THAT.i am in out of station then how i can contact directly. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. NO KIND. NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.worst service.after posting my mobile number was recharged.i think.anyway thanks to vodafone stores & staffs.please try to undrstand and follow ups.thank you for service.thanks to staffs.
