I had worked in this hotel before 2 years ago, the lady in the reception is very rude and don't have sense to how to talk to guests and thier staff. She is only here for making money she should learn first how hospitality industry works, as from my experience i want to say everyone those who want to stay here plz plz don't stay here they will make pay to you much money and not provide facilities that you want
