The food is really good interns of quality and quantity. The staff is really polite and specially Sartaz he greeted us so well. Thank you sartaz for serving us and supporting us.
The food and customer service is pathetic and when we shared the feedback with the staff at the same time they reacted as they are least bother. They check your patience too by not attending you since long.
Experience with Chhappan Bhog was average. We tried Unlimited Gujarati Dish, but taste was average. You'll feel Rajasthani taste in Gujarati Dish. Don't know about Punjabi and Rajasthani food.
If you're looking for good Gujarati food in Udaipur, then Natraj Dining Hall will be a good choice.
Staff is pathetic and rude Does not know how to deal with customers He acts as if he is doing the customers a favour and he is paying us and not the other way around!
Nice place for thali lovers. Unlimited food. Good taste. Traditional dresses good looking staff. Kesu named staff served the meal to us. He was good at his job. Kudos to him.
I had high expectations after the Auto guy recommended this. Really disappointed with the Rajasthani thali.if you are in Rajasthan and you can't get the Rajasthani thali right then I don't know what to say.
Went there during Christmas. Had to wait for quite some time. Food was good except matar or channa paneer. Chhappan bhog special was very good. Management could have been better.
Nice and simple menu. Pure vegetarian food at reasonable prices. Very crowded after 1 pm. So reach venue by 12.45 pm to avoid waiting at the hotel. The food is very decent and tasty. Not sure about the hygiene but overall, you can finish your lunch quickly.
Went there based on recommendations by locals but the service and quality of food just okay. Didn't like that they seated next customers at our table before we paid the bill and didn't even ask us first.
56 bhog or chappan bhog is not rajasthani at all. They serve dal baati choorma which is of inferior quality. Any other place will serve you better. They serve honey chilli potato without honey or chilli. Many of their items on menu are just name sake. No point in waiting in que during peak dining hours.
Third class food is served here. They even don't clean plastic plates you can see yellow color all over them. N don't ever order Paneer as they use synthetic paneer which is not good for health. I ordered paneer lababdar and it was over salty you can't eat, when i requested to change they added some gravy to the same and served it back.overall it was a bad decision to have lunch here.
