Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur

Nice hotel with all amenities but their services are not customer friendly as we need only 1hr late check out but they are not allowing it free they are charging for that extended hour I think they have to work on it, not so good experience in this regard.
Booked suite room with complimentary breakfast but what I feel the breakfast options are very less for 2 days same breakfast with one or two options in such a big name is some how not acceptable, they should think about the more options and for vegetarians no bakery items except bread.

Location is best everything is nearby this centrally located hotel, service n food is also very good!

Customer service was really bad. First they told me some other rate and at the checkout they told me totally different rate. Staff was really rude they were literally like they were ready to fight and the buffet is overpriced like 700 for 5 items in buffet and we asked for early check-in and even paid for that and still they made me wait for 3 hours

Rooms are spacious and equipped with all ammenities.
Only backdrop is the whole property is a no smoking zone.so if bachelors are planning for the stay kindly consider the same.

This is a very good hotel located in the heart of the city. My experience of staying here was amazing. I had booked a suite room for my family. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and all our requests were welcomed and respected. The breakfast was amazing. We totally loved it.
The hotel is at a great location as all the palaces and monuments are in close proximity. I totally recommend this hotel (if you get a good deal).

At times the service slowed down, but nothing too serious. Overall it was a great experience and the rooms and food are well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful room, convenience location, good breakfast.
But if you are a light sleeper, don't stay in room 201 which I stayed in the first night, feel like sleeping on the street.

Was here for breakfast. Breakfast was yummy. Servers and managers were well behave and dresses. Nice ambience clean washroom. Variety of food in the serving. Overall nice expirence and will visit again in future

The hotel is good, clean, well maintained with a suggestion that all toiletries are not provided but are available free of cost on demand. Like shaving kit is available on demand, slippers are on demand. The hotel offers a good breakfast with good options. The staff was humble but check in time of 2 PM is wrong. My train reached at 8 in the morning but they did not allow checking in before 2. PM which otherwise in many cases is 11: 00 A M or 12: 00 noon.

Food is average ambiance is nice and rooms are also nice, the only thing that i did not like was the parking. If u have a luxury car you will not like your car to be parked on tje road, that too with no security. I liked everything except food and the parking thing. Hotel management need to consider it first

Location is average surrounded by Mosque don't take corner room facing MI road it's difficult to sleep service is good staff is good if I r getting double room around Rs 3500 then it is value for money above this price it is overpriced

Pro:
- Spacious room, very large room, bed is comfy and soft (it can be a bit too soft for some people)
- Located in the city center
- There are spa, rooftop bar, swimming pool but we didn't try. (took some shooting from their rooftop)
- Hightech remote console but not practical for use, wrong set up of lamp switching left and right. We are two persons so instead the remote console is supposed to be in the middle not at the side of the other bed!

Con:
- Smelly alley of the front door room, probably rug, mixing zone of some smoking room right at the entrance when got out of the lift, luckily we asked for non smoking room
- Aircon type of this have similar problem, difficult to adjust.even though we set to highest temp the fan is still high. My friend was sick so we decided to turn if off for 2 nights
- Breakfast has various choices but taste is so so, the fruits are fresh and good taste.
- Noisy problem from ceiling, just like the giant strom at almost all the time we reported but not much changes, we are on the 1st floor and 4th floor. The bathroom water dropped also making such an annoying dripping sound.luckily we were exhausted enough to slept well haha.
- The worst is the day we checked out they claimed that their "MENU CARD" is missing from the room and want to charge 500 rupee which is not reasonable. I have never heard such a problem at all. It is the missing of hotel menu BIG folder why would the a customer want to steal it from them. This is not acceptable! I was so mad when they even bother to grap it and show us. We even left the tip in their room probably not enough!

Nice central location, right on MI road still well veiled from the road. Lobby is a grand, gives a very welcoming feeling with nice decor. Food is awesome. Heard great reviews about their night club at the roof top. Banquet hall is very nice. Hotel has a wheelchair access. Recommend.

Luxurious hotel on MI Road in Jaipur.

It's my first visit to the Pink City and we arrived at 4 AM and since we had no prior bookings, it was hard to find a hotel and most of them were full but here we were welcomed warmly and without any hassle rooms were given to us.

The staff understood that we were very tired and didn't keep us waiting for a lot of time at the reception.

Hospitality was awesome! Staff is very prompt and courteous.

Ordered a few snacks and the restaurant turned out to be fantastic too. The burger was super delicious!

Bathroom could have been bigger and spacious.

The rooms are not very big but luxurious and well equipped. Loved the touch panels for controlling lights, master key, Make my room, Do not disturb facilities etc which are one of a kind and not available everywhere!

Overall, it's an amazing place to stay!
