Lemon Tree Hotel Alwar

The owner aunty and uncle are very nice.its a very couple and family friendly hotel with good privacy and safety bit far from alwar station but heck lot better than the hotels near station.dont even try the hotels near station they are expensive and arrogant.
I visit it regularly just because of the ambience near hotel.its well connected to jaipur. The best part is its very affordable comparing nearby prices.

Stayed at hotel for three days, overall good service, cleanliness of room and bathroom were good and had safety stay

Worst food quality
Visited yesterday for dinner, after reaching home all family members are vomiting.
You people just using the name of lemon tree chain?
Why would we gave big amounts for your third quality food

Food Was stale, went for diñner today since we are back we are having stomach ache and vomiting as well, I will never recommend this for food, first dey serve stale and smelly daal with vegetables kadai with only two vegetables in it carrot and beans I complaint they change the food but it was horrible no taste but the vomiting and stomach ache coz of food. How can u charge so high for a pathetic food quality even the dhabas are better for food. Pathetic food. Never visit for food. I really wish I could have question them directly regarding the food and the consequences we are bearing after having this.

The rooms were good not great. The room service was very quick however the food service was a bit slow and not upto the mark. The hot water wasn't flowing in any of the 3 rooms and we weren't informed about that. Also our booking had a few services mentioned as complimentary which were actually not complementary.

They require to pull up their socks and be more prompt. The motive of any hospitality industry should be highest customer satisfaction. And should always be proactive from the hotels part.

Lemon tree hotel is located at Malaviya nagar of Alwar City. A business hotel, offering comfortable rooms and food. Rooms are not very big, but has all necessary things including a mini bar, locker, almirah, sofa, study table, etc. One can enjoy Bala fort which is approximately 7km from hotel, which gives a beautiful view of Alwar City. One can take their personal vehicle to the top of hill where fort is situated by paying fees at the reserve forest gate. On the way there is a temple where one can offer prayers.

Room service & Resturant service is very poor.don't try for stay here.they didn't attend properly to their guest.it's worst experience

I booked this hotel for my friends and got the disappointment. The staff was not at all good.
We asked for the room decoration, but again we got the disappointment.
Food quality is not adequate. Rooms also not good. We booked the second best room Executive room but that room not at all good. We payed 10k for 3 days but that is not at all worth it.

At present I am staying at this hotel and I am sorry to say that room is not cleaned properly, washrooms are stinking like gutter so after complaint, room service guy came and said I can't smell anything. He did put some room freshner but that is not satisfactory.
Sofa seat had left over macaroni which previous customer must have eaten. Totally disappointed with this hotel service, food is good but not hygienic, found hair and plastic string in food.

I couldn't sleep at all as there was lot of noise made by guests late night.moreover nearby room doors made great noise on closing which created great nuisance leading to disturbed night

Worst stay! We visited With family on our anniversary we have made pre booking for our the celebration but at the time of check in hotel girl kajal mentioned that there is no such booking after that without informing they have charged us hidden fees,
About the food It’s more worst then staff & their behaviour also!
Staff called MONU has committed us free pik & drop later they have asked for the price of 500rs, when we asked him that why are you asking for money now as it’s complimentary He said ‘ ‘GAADI WALA MERE CHACHA KA LADKA NAHI HAI JO FREE LE JAYGA”

This kind of unprofessional behaviour from hotel like lemon tree totally Unexpected,

Great as per the place called Alwar. Nice to see a hotel better than other 2-3 star properties out there

When you are from Alwar and like to have an elite feel for a dinner this is the place for you. Such a soothing ambience and a quality service they provide you with a lot of grace. Food is expensive when you compare it to Alwar's market place but at the same time it is value for money. You wont even feel that you have wasted any penny.
