Doctors are very good. Testing labs are not recommended as there are always long queues with 2-3 hrs waiting time. It feels like a govt hospital.

Plzzz don’t visit this hospital. They have such an unprofessional staff and Doctors with Rude behaviour with patients and it’s family

डॉक्टर सभी अच्छे है पर रिसेप्शन स्टाफ सबसे खराब स्टाफ है 4 दिन से लगातार कॉल कर रहे है फोन को साइड मे रखकर छोड़ देते है अपने मन चाय लोगो का नंबर लगाते है

I was supposed to give 5* just because of Dr. Gaurav Gomar. By far he is one of the best doctor i have came across not only Bikaner but in India.

I stay in mumbai but still i have not seen Doctor like Gaurav Gomar.

My new born baby was born in Kothari Hospital with very critical situation under Dr. Gaurav Dadich, he is also a best in the business. All the doctor said your doctor health is critical, I went to meet Dr. Gaurav Gomar to take his opinion and suggestions. He just only said one word It will take a 3 days time but she will be all fine. Now she is all fine. Thank you so much Gaurav sir, people like us need you. I will pray to god to give you a long life so you can help such small tiny kids and give them the life to live they want to live.

My only request to you is we need to look on the staff part, though they are helpful but feels rude every time
We speak with them.

My experience was very bad. Staff behaviour very rude. My sister was suffering from stomach pain so i went to marwar hospital early morning 5am and there is a doctor i dnt knw her name he start treatment then put injection then my uncle was just asking which injectn you use and doctor leave the treatment and said i am not doing treatment and you go somwhere else. M shocked what happend we hve no right to know about treatment i said patient is suffering plz do your work don't do this but doctor was in her ego and said i am not going to do treatment then i request, you please do your work look the condition of the patient but it will not put any effect on doctor. Very bad management. Doctors ego are more imprtnt from patient life.

You can't trust on the hospital management as I have a health policy
and it is in network and initially they told cashless is available but on the time of hospitalization they denied to treat under health policy.

Dr Saurav bhargava and dr neelam bhargava are dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctors. They are the doctors with human understanding.

Worst management in marwar hospital. No value of patients time if you haven't taken appointment. They don't send by number if the doctor is your known he will give you priority or you are known of any hospital staff. 2nd priority to those who has taken appointment that's okay but if you have appointment and you arrive late then also they prefer you not the one who is waiting for 1-2 hours. They only reply you haven't taken appointment that's why your number is late. Avoid if you haven't taken appointment.
23/02/2023 waited for 1 hour and finally I asked for refund and they give the refund very fast.

It is very difficult to get appointment of Dr Gomber. Each time I tried booking had to receive a NO or appointment full. Very irresponsible staff and not well behaved.

Dr. Sorabh bharghava and Dr. Neelam bhargav are the best doctors. And staff is very cooperative

02. Dr. Sorabh Bhargava & Dr. Neelam Bhargava did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, me and helped with my attendant.

Dr. Sorabh Bhargava is really good eye specialist. My mother had motiyabind (cataract) surgery by him. Operation was done very well and she did not feel any problem in operation. All staff behavior is very nice especially ranga ji. Helped us in each step. Highly recommended to all.

My ear surgery is performed by Navneet Suthar in 2017 but it is failed completely within a week or even worst now I facing problem of rinng in ear and dr. Said new surgery is required.

Marwar hospital is a good hospital all doctors are best and have a good nursing staff, good facility and ambulance services are also good.

The doctor and nursing staff is very nice, but the behavior of the medical pharmacy staff is not good

हॉस्पिटल अच्छा है सफाई के मामले में लेकिंग ट्रीटमेंट सही नही होता मरीजों को गुमराह ज्यादा किया जाता ह ओर दवाइयां महँगी लगाई जाती हैं किसी भी प्रकार की छूट नही की जाती
बाकी अभी नया हॉस्पिटल बना है तो रूम ओर होल अच्छे हैं अभी तक

Marwar hospital is good for health check up and physician (Dr. Dyal Sharma is best) and orthopaedic hand surgeon is best faculty.
But Doctors fees are too much.

Doctors are very nice and good. But the nursing staff and the availability of staff is worst. The time duration they are taking to attend patient is more than time duration in shifting patient to another hospital. If you ever wants to put life in risk of patient visit this hospital.
Night shift staff was sleeping while emergency cases and not appropriate staff available with skillset and appropriate need. Hospital management is taking consent of family member that they are responsible for any injury or death but where the hospital consent on paper for such pathetic behaviour which is indirect cause/attempt to patient death. By God grace family members are with patient if this is not the case then situation could be different.

Later, informing to the management, no response. Casual reply. Not at all positive reply. I personally do not recommend a single patient admit here.

A very good team of experts in medical field is 24 X 7 available for you to be there with you.staff is good. Eco- Friendly Environment. Low cost medical treatments. Known for there hard work and dedication in the medical field.
