Restaurant Harigarh

Laal Maans is NOT the best dish that they offer. I was surprised.

Place is just good, next to lake pichola. You’re just sitting next to lake, mid range expensive but can be tried once but do not expect authentic rajasthani meals.

Went there after checking the reviews. They did not fail me atleast. Great service and mesmerizing views with great food, who does not want that. Had deliciously made malai kofta and highly recommend that

The atmosphere was very cozy and with amazing food relaxed and enjoyed our food with a great lake side view

Me and my husband visited October 2023 and were extremely disappointed. Key points:
1) On our arrival, we asked if there were any seats upstairs and they said no. Throughout the evening we saw guests coming from upstairs intermittently and there was no event or function. They then said waiting list for seats at the lakeside and yet guests after us were placed their. Mislead from the beginning.
2) They took atleast 25 mins to just get our order, and we had to prompt 4x to just get our food which took almost 1hr to arrive.
3) They served the vegetarian platter first and forgot to serve with any breads or rice. We raised again as we didnt want our main to get cold while waiting for our bread or rice. They said they thought we wanted this after the main. Who eats bread and rice with no main/side dish? Very odd comment.
3) Food- no spicing at all, raita was just yoghurt and some tomatoes. Average platter nothing was special especially for the price point.
4) They add on tip on the end, you have no say (we didn't want to give any and wish we had just left early) and they charged us almost 2000 rupees which is the most expensive meal we have had in India.
Overall overrated, overpriced and poor service with the worst food experience we have had in India.

The beautiful view of lake pichola makes you never wanna leave the restaurant.

Such a beautiful place to just chill with friends, have family dinner or romantic candle light dinner. Delicious food! I highly recommend this restaurant for tourists.

The worst service I have ever seen, the waiters are not willing to take the order, no one comes to take the order and once they come they are looking somewhere else and not taking the order.
Don't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Ridiculous food/service, paneer was sour, rotten and tasteless. Extremely unhygienic. All our family members had food poisoning right after eating at this place.

Please don’t waste, time and money. If you care about your health, please don’t eat at this place.

Such an amazing delight to do dinner at this place. I was a solo traveler and tried panner butter Masala, roti and Gulabjamun. Utterly delicious food served with love. Entire staff is too good and I can still relish the taste of hot Gulabjamun served in chilled weather.

The food, ambience, and lake view all was so amazing. There I met a person (Ranjeet) who served me the food, he was too good and will serve you food with all hearts.

Food was good and ambience was very pretty. But the service was poor. There wasn't much staff and they were taking a lot of time to serve the food.

Food is just amazing. Apps are just amazing. Highly recommend Paneer Chilli, Veggie sizzler and Soya chaap. Soooo damn good! Even desserts were great. Their cocktails are great too. Highly recommend their Harigarh special!

Food is totally complete and good but the coustomer handling and serve service have to improve.

A really superb restaurant with amazing and peaceful atmosphere. The taste and service is quite good. If you go in the Eve at/ after sunset, you will enjoy the vibes. The best seating would be besides the lake with great lakeview.

Loved the Ambiance and the Food was Yummmm.
The Quantity and Quality of the food is upto the par.
They have a beautiful lake view sitting arrangement. You can reserve them before 4PM. Walk-in is also available for lake view tables.
The Staff was humble and Service was on time.

I would say most overhyped restaurant in the area.
Food was served cold and service was pathetic.
For just one buttermilk they took almost 20 minutes.
I would say go for some other best options near by.

It's the best place if you're looking for amazing food and a beautiful lake side view, it's right beside the lake! Food is super affordable for a place like this! The staff Mr. Ranjit and Lucky were super sweet and understanding! I've come here thrice in 5days with my friends!

Ordered Laal Maans. It turned out to be a really bad deal. Expensive and not worth the money you spend. Views from the restaurant are really awesome. Great ambiance too. But food ain't that great.

Very good restaurant at reasonable prices. Hospitality is at the best. Thanks a lot to Mr. Ranjeet who has taken so much of interest while we were ordering the food. Delicious food. Amazing view by the lake. Romantic. You won't feel like leaving from here even after the meal. Try to get one of the seating at the edge towards the lake.

View from Hotel is very good. Ambience is also good. Food taste is ok but service is very slow and bad. They simply keep the dish on table and run away without serving saying they don't have staff.

The ambience is amazing and thw food was delightful. The staff is learned and very cooperative. Our attendant for the dinner, Mr. Ranjit Singh is a very humble and nice person. It is a sure to visit place for amazing experience.

Today I visited Harigarh restaurant and it was pleasant to be here. I was served by Mr. Ranjeet and his way of greeting & behaviour was good. The place is quite relaxing so if you're thinking to go to place with family, friends or your loved ones I would suggest this place for sure because you gonna love it.

Harigarh restaurant is good for Rajasthani food. If you are muslim non veg lover then this not the place for you coze they don't serve HALAL Meat.

Best place to enjoy lake side meal.enjoyed our dinner there with family.food taste was quite good and price is also not very high.they have limited sitting adjacent to lake so pre-booking is highly recommend if you don’t want to wait.
Overall is good experience! Reaching to location can be a tough task but you can walk or take some small vehicle to reach there, Cab/Car is quite difficult.

I ordered Murgh Tikka Masala and Butter tandoori Roti and it was amazingly Awesome and Tasty To eat our service man by Ranjeet ji and the place is good to go at night and opt for terrace view.

Lovely location. Bad service. Food is average. I think they charge you for their amazing lake facing seats and ambience.

One of the best places to go out to in Udaipur to enjoy a calm evening with friends or family. Can easily spot City Palace, Ghanghor Ghat and gorgeous scenic reflection of lights on bridges and many buildings over the water.

One of the most beautiful amazing and soothing restaurant of Udaipur. You can sit for hours without getting bored because of mesmerizing scenes of lake and beautiful lighting at ganghaur ghats can be enjoyed from here. For me it's a true value for money. Also this place is pocket friendly.

Only USB point is the seating near the pool and is the same reason for long waiting time. Staffs are good but need more hands for quick service.

We ordered laal maas, murg tikka masala, and butter chicken. Laal maas was really nice other two dishes were not so good.
Main USP for the place is the seating area and the rooftop with a mesmerizing view.
Other than this food was normal but place is overpriced.

A very lovely resturant, we have been in Udipur for less than a week and visited the resturant 3 times in row. There is an amazing view to the lake and the food is outstanding. A very recomended place, don't miss that heaven place in Udaipur!
