A must-try on the menu is the flavorful Kaju Dakh and Haldi Sabzi, offering a tantalizing taste of Rajasthan's culinary heritage. And let's not forget about their garlic chutney, a delectable addition that enhances every bite.

While the space may feel a bit snug, it's a minor inconvenience easily overlooked when you're indulging in such remarkable fare. For an unforgettable dining experience filled with the essence of Rajasthan, Shaandar Restaurant is the place to be.

Very different varieties of food, vegitables, just like a sweet, meen vegitable of sweets, thats different, quality is very good,

Tried the gulab jamun subji and also govind gatta. Both were very nice. Made in pure ghee, the gravy was very rich in taste and texture. Enjoyed a small / mini dinner here. The place is typical old school, don't expect anything fancy here, just go for the good food.

Food has excessive ghee in it. We tried three dishes gulab jamun, malai kofta and kaju daka which felt like were prepared in the same curry.

Shandar sweet home is located at jodhpur near Mahatma gandhi hospital near jalori gate jodhpur. This is a restaurant and here is all things are made from deshi ghee and superior quality and good service. I suggest everyone to visit once here and enjoy your food. Also having reasonable price with good quality. Everyone can go there easily and also home delivery is available here.

Place is overhyped. Its costly, very small, long waiting time and food is also not great.better option is Janta sweet and priya hotel

If you are willing to taste some authentic Rajasthani Sabjis made in Desi Ghee, this place is must visit.

My personal favorite:
1. Kaju Daakh ki Sabji
2. Dal Fry
3. Kabuli
4. Gulag Jamun ki Sabji
5. Plain Roti (Don't buy Ghee Roti, coz Ghee in sabji shall be enough)
6. Masala Papad

Avoid if u r hygiene freak (Food Preparation Hygiene is good but dining area hygiene is not good). One can take parcel if he wants to taste but wants to avoid sitting their. Place is situated in old city and quite congested.

It is a must visit place in Jodhpur for their authentic cuisine, like kaju curry and all, you should also try fruit cream here as the place is famous for it and it really tastes good, but the prices may pinch you a bit, but ya for one time you can try this place.

Highly recommended! Shandar Sweet home is known for its unique dishes like Gulab Jamun Sabzi, Rasmalai ki Sabzi and Kaju Kishmish Sabzi and so many interesting and delicious dishes like these. When I heard about Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai sabzi I didn't thought that these sweets can make such delicious and full of richness dishes. I was totally amazed after taking first bite of there Gulab Jamun ki Sabzi made in Pure Desi Ghee with Kaju paste.

The Cashew Paste gives a whole punch of richness and makes it really Shaandar as the name of restaurant suggest. I hope they keep innovating these type of unique dishes and serving us for generations.

Just because your pour so much desi ghee.doesn't mean it gonna get taste. You have to have right amount of spices and other stuffs. If you're very much in health conscious stuff. Don't go there.

On my solo trip to Jodhpur, i had done a thorough search of places to eat, as i am a total Foodie. People had recommended going to this place to eat their special "Gulab Jamun Sabsi" and "Rasmalai Sabsi". If you like sweet sabsi then i would definitely recommend trying their unique sabsis. The place is a small place and not very fancy, but food lover should go here to experiment and try their dishes

मारवाड़ी स्पर्श के साथ स्वादिष्ट व्यंजन। सबसे अच्छे व्यंजन जो आप ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं, गुलाब जामुन की सब्जी, पनीर की सब्जी। सभी व्यंजन यहाँ घी के बने होते हैं। यह ज्ञात है क्योंकि यह बहुत पुराना है और एक ही सर्वोत्तम गुणवत्ता वाला भोजन प्रदान करता है। रेगिस्तानी डिश के लिए आप लस्सी या मट्टा ले सकते हैं। केवल समस्या यह है कि उनके पास रेस्तरां के पास कार पार्किंग नहीं है।

Tasty dishes with marwari touch. The best dishes you can order is Gulab jamun ki sabji, paneer ki sabji. All the dishes are made of ghee here. It's known because it's very old and provides the same best quality food. For the desert dish you can have lassi or mhatta. Only problem is they don't have car parking near the restaurant.

Amazing fast service with pure rich food.
If u have train to catch in 20 minutes, shandar sweet home will feed u in 10 minutes with proper food and make u feel relaxed.

Food was not ready till 12 noon on Saturday for dining. Took Lassi & mawa creme for the take away. Taste was good, but Janta Sweet house had a better lassi.

Very spicy food.

Good kachoris and wadas. Price are reasonable. Item should be eat when fresh and hot, otherwise no fun. No chutnies given. But the thing is you will get equally good kachoris and wadas all over the place.

Closing early these days view local curfew. 1900 hrs.

Spices and indigreaints are melted in the recipes prepared with chapati OR tandoori naan gives you so much satisfaction of having pure dwsi food.

Shandar sweet home, is a home to a variety of dishes. Popular for it's curries more than the sweets. Authentic Rajasthani food is served here.

Food is very tasty especially malai kofta garlic cutney & lassi & laccha paratha only 1star is got given because of its congested sitting space

Must must must try. This is a restaurant one must not give opinions about. Its it legendary and has a long history. Pure food. Speed of flash. Service is faster than current and still they'll be humble. The place is crowded still they won't force you to hurry.

The chutney they give with onions is out of the world.

Must try:
-Gatte ki sabzi, Gulab Jamun ki sabzi, Kaju.
-Dal fry
-roti tandoori or chapati any.
-LASSI (If you have that kind of Appetite, i wasn't able to eat it as i got very much full)

Super economical, cost for two is around 300/- for a filling meal.

Tip: Dont order in one shot, order if u feel like having it. The food might look less in quantity but it is super heavy.

The place is located in crowded area and is not good for if you are looking for a romantic evening and is not a upscale place or a good looking place and definitely not good for groups and family paid, but the most important thing that is the food is very tasty and good and you can take food for home which is why I'm giving four stars just for food quality.

Lovely food specially gulab jamun sabji n mewa cream (unique taste n cuisine). Everything cooked in lots of Desi ghee. Good service too. Only drawback is poor outer looks n no car parking area.

Food is made in desi ghee and tastes ultimate, untill you try you won't believe. So let the words fade and taste take over. Tip: be available and have enough time to eat here as it's the most occupied older I've ever seen. And do try lassi after your apetite.

The service and the staff were truly efficient and courteous the taste of Gulabjamum sabji was not all that great. The daal was awesome and mouth watering. The ghee roti is for all the ghee lovers and for people who are dieting, one roti will complete your quota of ghee for a week. The place is a little shabby but will certainly visit for the daal

Best place for vegetarian food. Made with desi ghee. Lasan ki chatni is too good. Kaju dakh and malai kofta are best dishes.

If you love ghee you should go there absolutely. And even if you want to try some unique dishes like gulab jamun ki sabji and govind gatte go there i am so in love with their dal tadka never had such an amazing dal in my life unique flavours must say

We tried this place out for its famous gulab jamun ki sabzi. A bit costly and also we were disappointed by the taste. Avoid if not necessary
