So Unprofessional and I am an ex employee and I was rehire but they took almost 1month for approval and its still pending rude hr don't know how to talk only taking break and they call me daily and make me seat for daily wrost company.

It is well located and perfect solutions company. All time secured & best environment in the campus.

I live in delhi.tp interviewed me i got selected then they called me in jaipur given hotel accomodation for 15days.but within this while they do not issued my offer letter and after 10days said process is on hold.no slary no reimbursement and had wasted my 10days and money of my own.behave indifferently no answers no replies on watsapp chat.

Companies like Teleperformance hire freshers/experienced candidates and, without providing proper supervision, want the candidates to clear the certification. However, if the candidates are unable to clear the certification, they are asked to complete the exit formalities.

Despite the candidate's best efforts at clearing the certification, the lack of a proper, operational system as well as various tools provided by the organisation not being in proper working condition, precludes the candidates from achieving their best result. Reaching out to other people in the organisation for aid or support proved fruitless as no help was provided.

The candidate has tried their best to get another chance but to no avail as the corporate leadership and HR/employee care personnel remain unsympathetic and unhelpful, only robotically citing company policies that the organisation has to follow, which are cold comfort to candidates who have lost valuable opportunities for no fault of their own.

Is this how things work? Are such behaviours to be accepted silently? Is this not a blatant example of abuse by corporate leadership?

At the very least, companies should train the incoming candidates on the job, to ensure equal and active participation, making the new employees part of company. Take some effort to outline the company's do's and don'ts for the candidates. Don't leave them hanging to work on their own.

It is unrealistic to expect quality results from the candidates without providing the proper supervision. Stop expecting freshers to be very knowledgeable. There are things which they will get to know only after the supervisor will tell them.

The policy of reverse feedback should be implemented. Freshers need the right guidance to begin their career. The employee will not be good enough to do a job, because you were not good enough to train them. The employer must carry this responsibility, or else choose not to hire freshers and mislead them.

Train them! Don't strain them!

It's a BPO located in Sitapura, Jaipur. It offers many International processes like Amazon US amd many more. The starting salary for a fresher is good enough and they provide good increments according to the performance. One can grow his communication skills and personality by working here.

This is the best corporate company in whole India as per my experience. Especially this branch and its environment is too good.

I would rather avoid this jaipur branches. Mangers are very low qualified and are unaware of their process knowledge in Hilton. Manger operation does scandal on incentives to his favorites and when asked about agent data they avoid it and make grudges with you. At last they changed policies to remove me from process on asking my question regarding policy and incentives plan. Horrible experience and all unethical things.

A bpo giving opportunities to youngsters, have 3 branches in Jaipur, c2 plaza at malvia nager, at Mansarowar and at sitapura near chatrala circle.

WORST_COMPANY_WITH_WORST_EMPLOYEE.worst company i have ever seen.they took my telephonic interview and sent me offer letter.the day i went there for joining.they complete my documentation process and then again they took my another interview round and then they said We do not think you have given telephonic interview.and they told me we have to check your voice.they said your voice is not match.and then they rejected me.please don't trust on them they are really worst people or worst staff i have ever seen.

Awesome place I suggestions to work it's a best platform, genius people around great managerial support if you are a fresher I recommend you to work with teleperformance. Although there are some people who are little tough but at the end of the day you have to face them anywhere else.
