@The Ananta Management Team, pls Answer one thing.

Your housekeeping staff has not cleaned the room properly, and upon calling one person Mr Bikash/Vikash has informed us that since we have a checkout tomorrow, our bed sheet can't be changed? Is this somekind of new rule. Someone staying for 2 Night and 3 Days will manage with one bedsheet, and we call ourselves five star.

So far all experience were going great, from space to dining to experience in the property. But when such kind of argumentative house keeping staff give us Gyan, it's little confusing.

Pls share the rule book copy, where it's mentioned that any family staying for 2 nights are not allowed for a bedsheet change, even through its dirty.

Also what's your rule if someone stays for one night.

Do you change bedsheet, if someone checks out and another one checks in, if answer is yes, then why can't same facility be extended on request for someone staying one night extra, do you give any discount for customers staying for two nights? If not, then why your house keeping employee is giving us Gyan.

We take holidays to gather experience and such kind of rudeness spoils the entire tour and mood.

Lovely resort well anointed rooms, huge spread of food be it breakfast or dinner, prompt pickup and drop to your cottage. Worth a visit with dear ones.

Great ambience, full of history and very classy staffs makes us feels like royalty. We do the heritage tour but its more the hotel’s and owner’s history. Staffs are very professional and always ready to help you i wAnnna mention their names too Mr.sagar the floor supervisor and Dinesh and pratik They are tooo humble. Breakfast was superb. Very recommended.

Till now I have visited many resorts but this is best among that. The staffs were very helpful in nature and friendly also. Staff know how to behave with customers. The rooms were well equipped with a big bathroom having shower inside and an open sky shower to enjoy nature and the service was excellent. The view from the balcony was very cool, you can view the mountains, monsoon palace and feel the cool breeze.especially in the rainy season the weather is so pleasing, it's Amazing

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. During my time there, I had an unfortunate encounter with one of your staff members, Mr. Manu. He handled a matter related to my stay in an extremely inappropriate manner in front of my family and me. Additionally, he kept us waiting for an extended period of 3 hours, making the situation even more unpleasant. This experience has left a negative impact on our stay at your hotel.

Worst room service available. Everything seems to be great other than room service which is pathetic. Completely waste of money

Don't fall for its name and glory. It's all a thing of a distant past. Highly mismanaged property. Rooms are withered and staff lacks manners. We ordered food from a delivery app and received delivery at main entry ourselves, which is fine. But things take an ugly turn when gate person asked to get off from buggy with food and stay at the gate or eat outside the property as they said outside food is not allowed. We've been to many hotels/resorts but never seen this policy. Duty manager told us that they have given us the details/information of the same in their welcome letter. Having read their letter when we arrived later in the room, this information was nowhere written. We felt harrased by the duty manager and gate person in the ordeal.

There are many other resorts nearby, don't waste your leisure time and money here.

The staff was great. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. There is a girl at front office.who completed are check in three minutes. Her name is Rita iwould like to say thanks to miss Rita who is in front desk.
The rest of the guests were standing there, she saw a small baby in my hand she completed all the check in.formalities with in three minutes.thanks to ANANTA UDAIPUR

Account staff is very bad at how to talk to the customer and not the right return

Other than that the staff is very good natured purity is very good it is necessary to visit once in a lifetime

One of d best hotels in Udaipur. In rooms (double bed) it shud be ensured that towels n napkins r kept n used ones properly replaced. While replacing 1napkin's found kept less n we'd give explanation. Similarly complimentary tea n coffee sachets kept with kettle r accompanied by suff milk sachets too. For such minor things occupants needn't call ur room service or reception desk every now n then. Many thanks with anticipation of best service next time.

Uncourteous and Horrible Staff, I visited along with my family and it was like totally a harassment from the Reception Manager

They did not allowed my wife to enter /check in because i could not arrange the Covid certificate

I requested for some time and they said till that time you are not allowed, just imagine when you paid a Huge amount t and uou are not allowed to check in

I was almost begging to check her in along with 2 kids, but they were so unkind and unprofessional

Wasted my 1.5 hours at the receptionjust for the Covid Certificate of My wife despite assurance that same will be provided

I reccomend not to visit the property where humanity is at Zero level, where people are not treated like people

Amazing experience of tour as well as a very humble services by staffing. Experience of wholesome delicious and multicuisine food also.

Being a service and hospitality industry, Service was the poorest. I dont even know where to start from.
1. We had booked jungle cottage which was supposedly their new launch. We were their first guests. We were so tired and just wanted to rest and relax but the staff were so excited that they clicked pictures and videos until they were done.
2. My husband got burning sensation in his eyes maybe due to warnish as the room was totally wood. We complained about it and we were offered room freshner for that.
3. We were late as we were misguided by map and could not reach on checkin time as well as lunch. Hence we had to order from the remaining items available and ordered chicken sandwich to which we found that there was no chicken in it. We complained again, the chef was adamant that they had put chicken in it. When i told them that i had kept the sandwich piece which they are welcome to come and check to which they agreed to their mistake and offered a replacement. But we were already annoyed and had ate rest of the meal
4. While our first 3-4 hours we faced powercut 3 times. When the third time it happened even the housekeeping staff manager was present.
5. There was constant disturbance. Lot of people coming and asking if we liked the room or how was it. Initially we politely daid yeah yeah as we desperately wanted to sleep but as the disturbance increased we had to bluntly ask them to ask for the feedback once we checkout.
6. The only reason we booked this room was the Jacuzzi, which failed to start. At 2 AM we had to call the staff and they sent technicians to repair the Jacuzzi which did not happen in one go. With trial and error it finally started after and hour or more. The mood was lost.
7. For lunch and dinner: they have a very limited menu.
Next Day:
8. Hot water shortage in morning. We had to just wash our face and leave for breakfast as it was cold in morning.
9. At afternoon after our lunch went to sleep and woke up to hammering sound coming from beneath our room. My kid woke up frantically. My husband went out and enquired to find out the matter and were surprised to know that there was wifi work going on and the technician had no knowledge that the room was occupied.
10. We complained about all of this to one of their Assistant Manager and she uploaded the information to her General manager Mr. Brajesh.
11. The general manager agreed to meet us and we again told him the whole lot. He gave us quite a few options to reciprocate for what had already happened. We chose to reply later on as we were not sure if we wanted one more or extended experience at this place anymore or not.
12. We were served dinner which was not on the Menu. Which means that they can serve food of choice but they just dont.
13. Later that night we asked the general manager for our ask. And he replied that he would inform us within a weeks time of that is possible or what he can give. The options he gave us were already open though.
14. After almost a month and a half we received their part of deal to which we were unhappy and the amount of time we had to invest in following up to them was exhausting.
15. Their sales head talked to us ruthlessly blaming us to harass them whereas it was vice versa when we stayed there and told us that they wont be giving us any kind of refund or package they had agreed before.

To sum it up. Worst experience ever. Did not expect from a 5 star hotel. I actually expected that they would at the least provide customer service.but even failed to do so.

A wonderful venue on aravali hills, all green surroundings, in city of lakes. Yummy food & great hospitality. Logistic management (In house) is. Super, need special compliment.
Overal an excellent combo of luxury, hospital itt food & natural beauty.

Very very bad experience.
They did not allowed us to visit private pool and DJ night due to private wedding and most of games are paid. Their reception service is also very bad, were behaving with us like we didn't pay for our visit. They were giving importance only to wedding guests. If we are not allowed to visit pool and other facilities then why we paid more than 10k for one night.
Please don't waste your money if you are couple, just go to any 2 star or 3 star hotel, their service would be better then this hotel. I will never visit to Ananta again. Seems like they have purchased ratings online

We checked in today at 1: 30 on resort first half hour they wasted at reception for formality and after that they giving a wrong rooms 3 times every time after unpacking they said we give you a wrong room by mistake please change the room and the duty manager Neeraj talked very rude and his attitude is like he is the owner of resort. I personally recommend that not to book ananta resort and mr. Narendra Rana is very helpful if any one have problem in resort meet him. We today stay on room no. 735 first they give 727 &728 the view of this room is very poor and then they gave us twin beds for couple

Fabulous place, but food is very costly. Around ₹1500 per person for lunch and ₹1600 for dinner.

The resort is amazing. The cab service is very fast. Specially house keeping by Jitendra Vishwkarma was excellent. All employees give a 100% effort with smile

The check in process is ridiculous. Checkin time is 2pm and there is a possibility that you won't get checking till 4pm. Srrvice is really wlow, noone will listen to you. But after checkin property is amazing. But again when you start your journey with such a bad checkin process i don't think many will left with energy to enjoy the place. One star for terrace subset and sunrise. 2 star overall - worst checkin ever.

It's a very good place for any type of Events, service is so good and situated between original nature, it is amazing!

What I didn't like was too much garlic in food. My mom had to eat Jain food everyday and there were not much options available in Jain food. She ate curry everyday!
Otherwise Hotel was superb amazing outstanding!

Nice location and peaceful surrounding. Vaccination certificate must. Gets overcrowded during breakfast and dinner. Charges for drinks from bar are way higher than mrp. Charged 390 rs for a breezer worth mrp 105.

90 acres property and have all amenities. Pickup services are fast and well managed. I would like to thank staff for excellent hospitality.

This is my first time in Ananta nd i must say it is worthy for ur time and money.the property is well maintained. The cab service is also good.variety of food is available. Room service is also good. I personally want to thanks Mr. Devesh for housekeeping and other services.

Had done the booking on thier site but couldn't upgrade online. Had to email reservations and it took 2-3 days for it to finalize.
Check in was smooth but resort reservation and front desk were an utter disappointment. Bad experience at checkout.
There seemed to be no communication between their reservations and front desk as I was asked for the room upgrade charges at checkout which I had already paid upfront while booking the rooms.
Booking was for 2 night, but we faced the problem with key cards after the first day. Had to wait another 15-20 min for news keys to come.
A Day before, had requested the front desk for a late check out which was agreed but again the next day received a call for checking out early.there wasn't any communication amongst themselves, it seemed.
We had ordered a cake at the time of booking which I didn't get during my stay and when asked about it at checkout I was amazed to learn that it wasn't showing in their system. I had to pull out my confirmation email and show it to them and then they went on here and there trying to sort it out.
Even when I called out for the manager to speak to me regarding this, he/she didn't even show up.

It's good but i went with my family. I am 15 and while booking for ananta we were not told to take my rtpcr. Now they are asking for my RTPCR what the hell we weren't told for that other that that everything is fine.

Very bad service.for every item, even for water bottle it tooks almost an hour.not suitable for kids.will not recommend to anyone.

Me and my friend had a stay at the premises on 15th October 2021. Entire process was made smooth. Due to COVID all safety and precautionary measures were taken by the staff. Make sure to carry COVID Vaccination certificate as the hotel management ask for it during checking in form all the guest.

We enjoyed our stay. All the amenities were functional during our visit. Overall very good experience.

The resort is located tad bit away from the main city which brings in serenity and peace. We had mountain facing rooms with mesmorising view. The entire resort is gorgeous and makes your stay abolsutely worth it. The breakfast spread is delicious and the service tops it all. Blindly go for it!

One of the Largest premises and Luxurious resort.

Ananta is my favorite place to stay in Udaipur 3 night for me feels less as it's huge property. Room are large and with balcony love it

Just checked in! Had to wait for 2.5 hours and still the management and staff hasn’t been able to figure out what the problem with our key is.the room isn’t being locked! We have three rooms together and no one has been able to find a solution.horrible experience at such an expensive 5 star property! Expected better.

The place is amazing, stay is also nice. But staff do not trust you. Like at all, We were 15 people staying there. And somehow 1 handkerchief was misplaced. And we were getting late, we had a tight schedule to follow as this was company trip. But They questioned us about that 50 rupee hankie for like half an hour. And then checked our bags and car for another 30-40 mins. Obviously couldn't find that. ‍️ I wonder how much lost we have caused them. I hope you recover from this damage.

Also, reception staff will get rude to you, if you ask any questions like, "when can we get our room? ".

I had booked 3rooms for 3nights and four days. For checkin we had to wait for 1hour as the room was not ready.
For the Cab service unless u call twice they dont come.
I had 2 mouse running in my room over the bed while we were asleep. I had 2children along with me.
The kettle was stinking like anything.
Even after complaining they gave me the same stinking kettle.
Ac remote was not working.
Hot water was not available in washroom.
Tv didn’t have any channels.
Room service would give water after 45 mins.
They misplaced our car keys and found them later.
Our car camera was being stopped and they opened the box of the camera and hence it stopped working.
Tea was always cold.
After telling them to get hor milk again they bought cold milk.

I don’t think that the service was worth the money they charged.
No proper service at all.

Not value for money. Given my feedback in 2 pages on 2nd day morning itself of 3 day package but none of person contact me even I ws on resort or improve service. Food disaster in break fast only dhosa is ok remaining all bakvas. Charge

I have visited this resort with family, and also with my business culick, I'm very satisfied with staff members, location of resort, service and food also. Resort is looking good with every angle,
But I have only one suggestion for cab drivers inside of resort please drive little slow a car, we are filling Tora Tora in cab.

Every thing is fine except their arrangement of banquet bez due to COVID no social distancing maintaining and no rules followed enve by hotel staff also neglating this view. Their priority is only to increase customers.

Very nice place. It's like you must stay here if you are in Udaipur. Food was awesome. Very nice arrangements for vegetarian & non-vegetarian food seperately.

The property is at its best, YET the SPA and their charges are way too deceiving! I was staying there under the villa owner package and YET was charged way to higher price than a usual customer would be.

At the time of checkout, I have had a 20 mins argument with their staff at the reception wherein I was first given a waiver then was taken a back. Not worth it for the DPA!

The Ananta Udaipur is so beautiful place I have Hosted Pre Holi celebration event. Had a great time there.

Expectations v/s Reality, food quality is bad and so are rooms.
Arrival experience was worst, they served tasteless food in expensive rates. Sandwich was bland, served without accompliments that are mentioned in the menu. I ordered for paranthas in morning, n got 2 paranthas 3 inches of diameter each.
Also when it comes to dinner, food quality was not upto the mark except dal and the raita.
Rooms were not well maintained as well.
Never recommend this property if you want to stay in udaipur.

Amazing place, extremely friendly staff. A resort with everything. You wouldn't need to move out

Widely spread exotic location of the resort, in outskirts of Udaipur, Lip smacking delicious multicuisine dishes, with very nice rooms and very supportive Hotel staff! There's a huge banquet Hall, sufficient to conduct Marriage, engagement or related ceremonies. Hotel area is located between mountains. It is much secure. High security also present. Clean well maintained garden. To and fro services to city by taxi is provided by the hotel. Nice bar area. Resort itself enjoyable within. It's a beauty! U can also avail other basic amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. Within the premises.

Poor service & Poor Management. We experienced cheap people at resort & Sweeming pool. As it is spreaded in vast area you hv to book a cab to go to anywhere & they will take 20 to 30 mnts for cab to arrive at your door.
Even they took 2 hours in cheking. Not Recommended.

Off Udaipur and on a rural road this is a nice resort that is green and a pleasant place for a stay. They have nicely landscaped the entire premises with flowering shrubs, aquatics plants, flowering trees and grasses. The streets on which the cottages are, are named after trees. The reception area adjoins the restaurant and bar and also has a meeting room in vicinity. The food served at Oasias the restaurant includes a vast spread at the buffet meals all served fresh and tasty. One has the option of taking meals outdoors. The rooms at elevation are accessed by cars which drop off or pick up guests. The rooms have been made to look rustic with metallic roofs painted brown and the exterior walls made to look unfinished through stone cladding locally used commonly. Rooms are large and luxurious and very comfortable. Balconies are provided outside the rooms. Bathrooms are also large and well furnished. Bathrooms also have an external area with shower facility open to the sky. Rooms have facility for wheel chair users. Two large venues are present at the resort for events. Swimming pool, children's play area and mini Golf facility are also available. A spa at the top offers spa therapies. Additional gym facilities were being constructed during our visit. Ananta is a very high quality resort that is well maintained. Staff are well trained and helpful. Prices are reasonable and in keeping with the standards of the property.

Amzing Property but still event managers are puzzle with hotel vendors they are arbitrary behaviour.

They not provide good pick up service from the room and property is so big they take 25-30 minutes time & also buffet restaurant service is not good restaurant is in side empty and they say false restaurant is fool ananta is 5 star property and they don't have free airport pick up from home town udaipur

The resort is wonderful especially in the monsoons. Luxurious rooms, scenic beauty of the mountains, lush green gardens makes the stay a memorable one. The pool is also amazing. Hospitality offered by the resort staff is excellent. Would definitely visit again.

Beautifully set up! Amazing location. Gives u d feel of countryside cottage with full on luxury. Rooms are spacious and d view from balconies is mesmerising. Good for families too.

The ananta resort have wonderful nature and rooms. The area of resort is also very large. There are so many activities available like gaming zone for children, swimming pool, live performance and many more. I enjoyed more with my group in ananta. I loved it.

This is not a 5 star property it's around 2.5 star level with traffic like some fish market.check in time is 2.00 PM and we were given room at 2.45 and person at the reception had no clue what he is suppose to do.food also is pretty ordinary

Good point - Amazing property, well maintained.you will love it for sure without any doubt. Property is located in outskirt of udaipur.patch of 4-5 km is bit aloof so plan your day and mode of commute in advance. Be ready to walk a lot as distance between reception, rooms, pool is far although they provide cab service for this. If you call Ola or Uber ask the driver to wait outside property as security charge INR 100 every time when they enter property. Jain food also available in breakfast. Overall you gonna love this property.

We rented the presidential suite villa.first impressions were amazing.great entrance, an indoor verandah, 3 big rooms with big bathrooms, a nice living room with kitchen and 8 seater dining area.the pool and deck area is magnificent.service top class even though the property is huge and our room was at the top.
However some things to suggest is that even though it's presidential suite, it's not in exclusive area.secondly the security of the villa is not up to the mark and the outside area is not neatly made up.
All in all it's an excellent property.great at food and service.

Huge rooms.up to date.spacious and clean.bathrooms are super clean.located 15mins outside the city.property is massive.they have internal cars for transfers within.cars take about 5 mins to reach and are quick.overall a win win. I'd recommend.

Hotel reception is clean and busy always but still you are being noticed and acknowledged.

Poor front desk and travel desk, for everything they say no and not at all helpful. We were travelling in a group and they assigned us rooms at different places in the resort, so have to fight and got it arranged at one zone. Huge resort, so the in room service is a serious concern and they are short of staff. Two stars for the property and rest needs a serious upgrade.

What a great resort, I booked in the place though MMT (make my trip) a nigh before I was leaving for Udaipur, place is so big it took me 10 mins driving to get to the reception from the main gate, service was very quick and efficient, rooms were huge and room service was fast, the place is built on a mountain and all the rooms gets great view of sun rise and set, out own cars were not allowed inside use but they provide transportation from rooms to reception for free and any were in the city at cost, amazing place would visit again

Good place to hangout. Nice destination for bunking a night. Family friendly. Service is good. Communication facilities are available. Budget friendly. Hot water facility is available. Local sightseeing from this place is nice to avail. Do come with friends and family.

The Ananta, Udaipur is excellent place to stay and perfect place for enjoyment with Family.

Never ever book this hotel. They have racket. They do not allow your taxi car to go till reception while check out. You have to Pay then 100 Rupees which is totally illogical also you have to pay 100 rupees at gate for your car to pick up you. I have never seen in the world in any hotel this rule. Totally unethical, illogical. Ashish at reception accepted this that it's illogical but they can't do anything. Trust me you will be in tears if you book this hotel for wedding or luxury outing.

The property is located approximately 20 minutes from Udaipur city and is huge.it is really very beautiful and calm.the service is amazing, rooms are spacious and comfortable.especially the pool area is mesmerising.worth the money!

Awesome property. A must visit hotel in udaipur at least once. Every thing was good but only one thing is negative was about the behaviour of staff wasn't cooperative.
