Trident Hotel Jaipur

What an overall lovely experience. The hospitality is top notch, from the moment you enter the door the service is excellent. Special mention of the waiters Rohit, Sumita, Sylvester, Deepak, Farzana, Chef Ajay, Chef Anjali. Honestly the whole staff is top notch it's a pity we can't mention everyone. I highly recommend this place to all.

Good place for dinner after you take evening stroll to see the Jal Mahal. Its right opposite to it. Don't trust autos and rickshaws near this place. Go for ola or uber if you have no vehicle of your own. Service is good and pleasant staff. Luxurious stay and dine in offered.

Beautiful property, large open lawns, lovely pool and poolside restaurants, good clean rooms.small little kids corner. Very polite and wonderful staff.

Courteous Staff and Management to take care you all the time. They are very helpful specially Mr. Thapa and Mr. Abhishek.

Good Food with Chef taking care personally, great location (right opposite Jal Mahal with close proximity to key sites) makes this hotel an obvious choice.

Just amazing. Awesome stay and live life king size in city of kings. 5 stars in all food, hospitality, ambience, service. Just great.

I was booked into this hotel for an official visit. But I instantly fell in love with the location and interior deco of this hotel. Lake infront of the hotel gives you a majestic view. I have been to numerous hotels across India, most of those big shot 5 starrer. I would rate this high. A dedicated personal balcony completes my room and it did here. The hotel was cleanest (not even a minute flaw) with staff very welcoming and friendly. They would check occasionally if you are in need of something. Dinner was a veritable delicacy. And all COVID protocols were made while serving food. The chef went from table to table noting feedbacks and was open for requests and suggestions. I requested him a chicken scallopeni which he instantly agreed to. The pool was closed due to restrictions. The internet was fast. And something that I hate in big hotels is you don't get too much choices in TV channels, but that wasn't the case here - All channels with an option for you to login to your Netflix or Hotstar account. There was an iron and an Iron board included which is specially useful when I had to iron out my blazer to get ready for the meeting. There were spa and gyms which is usual but I felt the spa were costlier (₹6.5K) as compared to JW Marriots. Breakfast had usual rush, I had to wait for 10 mins to get a table but was informed via call that is acceptable. Breakfast had varieties, but it lacked Apple and Orange juice. Healthy breakfasts were available with all dry fruits along with desserts. You could as usual order a few items to be made for you. There were no annoying calls at checkout time. The process was unbelievably smooth. The sweetest gesture was the GM of the hotel personally came to greet and chat and made the stay end on an even more friendly note.
Definitely would recommend solo, couples and families to visit the property.

Location is excellent just in front of jalmahal.
Reception staff is heart warming especially Mrs Urvi Mahajan.
Room size is little small but u get good lake view.
Kids zone area is great help if u r travelling with kids.staff there is very helpful
Pool is nice and clean
Assisted Breakfast service due to covid.needs to be improved as only 2 staff managing all counters and serving food.so delay expected.
Food options are limited.

We stayed in trident for 3 nights with my family, the staffs here are very warm and supportive, they made our holiday very special and memorable. The hotel is very clean in all the places, lobby, restaurant, rooms are all kept very clean and neat. Completely safe and hygiene. I would love to mention that staff’s including the general manager are all very warm and good people. We were happy for choosing Trident at Jaipur.

Awesome ambience, great hospitality from the staff. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. The food is wow!

The kid's area is highly recommended. All in all, one of the best hotels in Jaipur!

Beautiful view of Jal Mahal and Aravali Hills. It is situated very near to the famous Amber fort.

The staff is super polite. Makes you feel really comfortable and homely. Each nd every employee is super sweet. View is amazing from the hotel. Location wise also, it’s amazing as it’s nearby to all the heritage places. It has a very relaxing vibe. Outdoor pool is super good nd fun. Food tastes much much better than any other hotel over there. Loved the stay.

One among the best places to visit in Jaipur. It comes on the way to Amber and Nahargarh fort. So, if u are going to Nahargarh fort then also you can visit this. The scenario of here is quite good. Many tourist visit here. The best time to visit here is in august-feb. But if you are visiting this is summer season then please visit in the evening otherwise the scorching heat of summer will definitely make you sweat.

I had an excellent time at Hotel Trident, I was there to attend a professional meeting. During my time I must say the food was served was classy and the staff were very polite. Five stars for the same.

Great experience staying here. Extremely cordial staff with one of the best place from service point of view. Internet is good, great breakfast spread, rooms are nice but could have been better, washrooms bit cramped, nice restaurant with good food and variety of options, on the outskirts of the city but good for leisure trips (Jal mahal and Amer fort is on the corner). Highly recommended.

The hospitality and service is impeccable. We had some issues with the room but the manager was courteous enough to give us a discount to make sure we got our money’s worth. We were there to celebrate our parents’ anniversary and they made it even special by sending a cake and flowers to the room. I would definitely recommend Trident for people visiting Jaipur

Excellent property of Oberoi group. Location is most ideal opposite to Hawamahal.
Clean and green environment evening said to be very romantic. They offer great service standards.

This Hotel I wanted to give 4 star but had to give it a 5 star due to the people in the Hotel. I will comment about the warmth below.
What held me back was the rooms way bit smaller for the Trident name, was bit disappointed but the room was nice and cozy.
AS WE entered. RAGHAV, WHAT a boy, he made us sit and with the welcome drink, he took care of our check in. Raghav thanks for making our stay a comfortable one.we missed you last 2 days, wanted to take a snap but missed.
THEN comes Reha. Wow what a girl. She was really pretty girl with a wonderful smile, always there, when we need anything from the Hotel. Thanks Reha making our stay a pleasant one and made us feel like a Noble Lord's and Ladies.

Good place to stay if you want to visit the forts just opposite to Jal Mahal quite convenient. Nicely done property. Quite friendly staff.

The 5* standard in India is like nothing i've seen before. Amazing place, high quality fixtures and fittings, very clean and comfortable.

The staff here are lovely and the view is nice, but this is a very tired hotel for coach trips, not recognisable a Trident as we had visited in other cities.

Neat & clean. Food could have been better. The vanilla panacota tasted very plain, without much texture and depended on the blueberry syrup to hold the dessert status.

It’s like a journey back to 1970, super misleading reviews. Kitchen staff did not know what gluten free was, no heater in the room so it was super cold and they had to carry in a radiator to heat it. Pictures are very misleading.

Great place, with extremely nice staff that made our stay very comfortable. The room was very good and the food likewise. Although it was a short stay, it was really good. Strongly recommended!

The customer service is impeccable. Right from the time you enter and all the way through. We had some issues with our room, but things were fixed right away.with the General Manager personally visiting us.

Food I thought was lacking in taste and prep. Not sure if that was one off day or if it's a consistent issue. You might want to look for other options.

Good. But not 5-stars-good as a european traveller might expect. Rooms are clean and sufficiently spacious, but they show their age.
Staff is very helpful and kind.
