I wanted to use these people for 4 days of my north sikkim tour in May 2023.the lady said they are interested only if pick up (from airport) and the entire tour arrangement is given to them! Strange!

Best cab operator in Sikkim. Reasonable rates and best service. They even didn't ask for money for the first five days of our trip, like if any corner in India one has to pay first before taking cab and here they put faith and trust in tourists. I booked innova for 8 days for Gangtok, lachen, lachung, Dargeeling. All cars are excellent and with nice drivers. Our trip is memorable in North Sikkim and our driver is the reason for that. Used Cabin Sikkim for my 10 days Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, pelling and Darjeeling trip. As it was my first visit to Sikkim, I had a lot of questions. Mr. Prem was very professional, answered all my questions and provided me with a customized itinerary. He was available for any queries over WhatsApp throughout the 10 day trip. Drivers provided were also very polite and helpful. Recommended.

I've one small suggestion: We would love to see the garbage bags installed in darjeeling cabs too:). The garbage bags were only seen in sikkim cabs.

They lack of professionalism. I had faced an uncomfortable experience while enquiring about sight seeing packages over whatsapp. They dont have courtesy to reply even. Pathetic service. Wouldn't recommend at all.

A great professional cab service provider. Completely hassle free experience, the cab/driver details were always shared in advance, did not have to follow up at all. The drivers are punctual, polite, caring and very considerate.

Very professional and prompt service.

We, a family of 2 adults and a child, had a 6D/7N Sikkim trip in end of November. The lady staff who spoke to us, helped us plan the entire trip and emailed us a detailed itinerary along with the rates for economy and luxury vehicles. We had 3 different drivers (2 Innova and 1 WagonR) for the 6 days, and each one was professional and good at their job.

They took care of all the permits required at a couple of places and the whole trip went without any hitch.

We had to change our itinerary one time before the start of journey and they promptly sent us the email with the new itinerary. During the trip, we had a last minute change in our plans and wanted to leave for Pelling on that day itself (decided at 7 am) instead of the next day and they accommodated it happily and sent a cab by 9 am the very day.

Overall, I would recommend Cab in Sikkim cab service.

Cabinsikkim provided me vehicle for my 7 days trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling I.e from 6th to 13th Nov 22. They are best in their class. They hd provided the vehicles in least cost. Vehicles were also of good in class.

Worst taxi service ever, I have travelled whole India but this companies drivers are the worst. They dont know anything, very missbehaving and rude. Same goes for company agents, they ask for full money before dropping to location or start abusing. Very bad service dont get fooled from them.

I have done my entire Sikkim trip with them. Cars are good. You can trust them. Good service. Overall good experience. Great tour!
