Eastside Caffe

Today I visited Eastside cafe and I really like the ambiance and a very Friendly staff miss roshni.

Good food and atmosphere
also special mention for Roshni - Very kind and friendly Barista

The services provided by Roshni was excellent, I really like the vibes out their.
Specially, gelato coconut flavour ice-cream was tasty.

The service here is impeccable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to Café Pettis. This caffe shop has such a laid-back peaceful atmosphere. The service is great n the people who work there are so friendly and nice and food was good too.

Overall cafe was good and hospitality was good and i really like the ice cream out there. Behaviour of Roshni was also good

Definitely won't recommend this bakery if you are a tourist in Gangtok. I wanted to order a cake from this cafe but the person handling the calls disconnects it frequently and doesn't bother to call back.

Today I visited the Eastside Caffe. The have lovely ambience. They have both outdoor and indoor sitting space. I tried some pastry which was very tasty. And even I tried Lemon Tart which was mouth watering. One should try it and their services was very prompt (miss Sharmila was very friendly and helpful)

The caffe is an excellent spot, it isnot simply eastside, it is westside too! Mind bogling hospitality by the steward KESHAV…

I can't find the same taste in the coffee the way it was before. And I can't seem to find Mr keshab. Whom I met before.

Hey if u need a refreshing evening break u just need to visit a Cafe Eastside @the fern gangtok hotel. U meet someone named keshab whom u have never met but certainly makes u feel homely and warm in chilly surroundings of gangtok.

We had came across this host called Keshab, it was very pleasant experience for us. He made us very best recipes. What I liked the most was Garlic bread with Tartar sauce, eclairs, donuts, coffees etc.
All deliciously lockable.

This place has decent pastries. The cheesecake recipe is a bit off, but cheese lovers will appreciate it a lot.

The chicken & egg puff & with watermelon smoothie was awesome.
Service by Mr. Keshab was extremely good, polite

One of the best bakery in town. Be Chocolate Eclairs, muffins, banana cake, donuts. Everything is yummylicious.

Bakery items are of good quality and the only redeeming factor. Service leaves much to be desired. Waiting staff and hotel service desk staff lack basic communication skills and training.

Only visit if you have a lot of patience and ample time.

If you haven't tried the lip smacking sweet treats of Eastside Cafe, you are missing out on something really good. Be it pastries, cheese cakes, muffins or breads, each and every item is fresh, droolworthy and would leave you with a happy tummy. I have become addicted to their blueberry muffins, eclairs and banana cake.
Undoubtedly one of the best bakeries in Gangtok.

The place is wonderful as always and the food is good too, at service was Mr Keshav who was friendly and informative. Will definitely recommend

If you want to have delicious bakery products, I'd suggest you must taste products from Eastside cafe. Its too good.

Best cafe in town with beautiful ambience. They're having lavish varieties of bread and pastry. You can find pocket friendly delicious pastries with creative sitting arrangements. Nice place to hang out.must visit.
