A cosy hotel to stay. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Staffs are good and polite. You can see the happiness in their face. Must stay in this hotel.

It's worst ever service we have got from this hotel Dhondup Khangsar.
Really Worst. Not Recommendable.

No manager.no owner.no restaurant.going through renovation.poor service.no wifi.insecured place for family.dirty rooms.no lock in balcony.drunk people around outside.they knocked again & again on tourist room.my own experience from this month.

The room is not maintained. The linen were dirty. The window panes were full of dust. I couldn't sleep due to mosquito attack through out the night.
In the night, lots of drunk men disturbed us. It was a bad experience staying at the hotel.

Very bad no wifi no service. There was a complimentary breakfast in our booking, They also commit to provide the same in 7: 30. But till 8 o'clock there was no breakfast. I went to reception the door was locked. No body there. I called them but got no response. We have to bring the luggage from 2nd floor ourselves. Worst experience in my lifetime. I feel cheated. Very bad. I will suggest not to book.

Really bad experience. Rooms are unclean, windows not closing properly. Bedcovers and blankets were also dirty. Geysers were not working, no hot water available in the washrooms. They have no arrangement for breakfast, lunch or dinner, one have to go outside restaurants every time. The owners/caretakers are absolutely irresponsible, always remain in inebriated state, didn't bother to care about the guests and their problems. Much better hotels are available in the same price range.

Don't go there. Two local lad are there for services and both of them are drugs addicted.worst hotel And services
