Hotel Golden Fish Lachung North Sikkim

I recently had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel where the staff was exceptionally helpful. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or helping me with my luggage, they were always friendly and accommodating. Their helpfulness truly made a difference in my overall experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and attentive staff.

This is a wonderful stay.

PEOPLE: The people are very humble and would help you to their best for your needs.

ROOMS: The rooms are really big and has amazing views. Aks them for 104 Room number for the best mountain view. Beds are super comfortable and the blankets, sheets, pillows, curtains doesn’t stink at all (unlike other stays).

FOOD: They have amazing taste in Food. They offered us Dal, Mutter Paneer, Beans Curry, Fresh cooked Chapati, Rice, Papad and Achaar. We brought fruits from Chumthang so they chopped it for us for the breakfast (they offered maggie).

LOCATION: This is right in the beginning of the city so you won’t see much traffic and offers you the mountains view with the rising sun.

OVERALL: I will highly recommend you this place for your stay.

The view from the hotel is just fantastic. The location is also good. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also good. If you are going to Lachung then you must stay at this hotel. The food quality is also good.

Very poor service. Loadshedding. No generator supply at night. Room heater taken on rent and taken the money without operation all night as no current.

It's amazing for tourists boarding and food is awesome

We had a great lunch here. They served us rice dal aloo jeera achar papad and chicken curry. Chicken was fresh and nicely cooked

Basic hotel at start of lachung.neat clean rooms room tariff included food.awesome location all sides snow covered mountains.dinner served with temp hovering 0 degrees. Just like home cooked food.rooms are basic but worth every penny.

Experienced Worst food ever, Hotel Owner was also present but didn't care about the food, Will not recommend anyone

Mr Wangchuk the owner is our host.such a nice guy arrange the thukpa and the local chatni of churpi on request (instead of having our dinner)
This hotel also provide Bonfire but on extra cost.

Excellent calm place to stay. The suite room has a amazing view. And especially the host and team makes amazing and delicious food. Would highly recommend this place for peaceful stay.

The food quality is very very bad and so terrible. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance are not good

TOO BAD TO STAY HERE. HOTELS MANEGEMENT IS TOO POOR. THEY DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. EVEN THEY TOLD US THE DINNER TIME IS 8.30PM TO 9.00PM BUT WE GOT THE DINNER AT 11.00PM. AND THERE IS NO TABLE FOR THERE STAYING CUSTOMERS.

Location is very good, right in the centre, the food is good, toilet can be a little better. Rooms are spacious and good and has a kettle. Heater is on request on extra charge.
The staff is very helpful and good. Tiger has a good sense of humour and made our stay cheerful and good.
They were quick to arrange bonfire too on extra cost.

Pathetic food I had till now, First of all it took around 1.5hrs that too burnt and not fresh. Paid Rs. 4800 but felt like an 1rs toffee will taste better than this. They were telling we have 1 chef who is also hotel manager that's why delay happened but end result the food itself was worst. A straight No for Food lovers

The hotel room was very clean and cosy, the staff were very helpful and the food also tasted very good.

You can find service in many hotels of India.but you only can find worse service in this hotel.
