Not a good place to stay, low quality of food, room service pathetic. Even the owner shouts on guests for vacating the room.

Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Well supportive kind staffs, especially Mr. Nitin Tibrewal (Owner), Mr. Nirmal Tamang (Manager) and Mr. Subhankar Dey (Caretaker). Rooms are clean and hygienic with jaw dropping view from room's balcony.

An excellent hotel in gangtok with big spacious rooms and a picture perfect view from the balcony. The behavior and service from the staffs are excellent. The food despite being veg is very tasty and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very good. I would like to thank Mr Nitin Tibrewal the owner of this hotel for his excellent coordination. Overall an excellent hotel in gangtok and i would recommend all to have a stay in this hotel.

Superb location with casino at walking distance and monastery and rope-way. Rooms were good facing the mountains and the valley. Good staffs and food. All staffs were helpful. We enjoyed our vacation.

Rooms are large and airy but somewhat underlit. Staff behaviour is as expected. Food quantity is good but not so the taste. Card payment is not allowed.

Worst place I have ever stayed in. Lots of issues persist here. Manager is worst. Please don't believe in the internet pics. This is far away from Gangtok city.

Excellent service. Car parking is there. Food quality excellent and staff are very much cooperative. Only 5 minutes drive to MG Marg. Poora Paisa wasool. Will recommend to others also and will surely come next time.

Well, splendid, I would simply say this is one of the best options you can opt for on this beautiful city, enjoyed each and every second of the stay, the only downside was the location of the heater that they placed, overall, this is a place where I will surely revisit again!
